Very happy with how this issue was handled. Very disappointed. I bought a beautiful, colorful bouquet but what was delivered was pale and missing flowers. I understand that when certain flowers are not available, substitutions are made but in this case there was no substitution for the missing flowers except for a foil balloon (which I don't think it a proper substitution). There is no fuchsia stock, raspberry sinuata statice, or sword Fern. I recommend other florists in the area.
