Definitely not worth what I paid for. I could have gone to Walmart and got an arrangement with more flowers for a quarter of the price. Also, they garuntee 100 percent satisfaction so I tried calling....it goes to a voicemail sent an email and no response. Service is terrible. read more

They canceled on us just days before my brothers wedding. We were told the the florist would have bad allergies on the day of the wedding. WHICH IS SUCH A BAD EXCUSE. And then they wanted us to pick up the flowers the day before the wedding and store them in a large freezer (which we didn't have). Luckily my brother was able to negotiate getting them the morning of. One of the workers friends met us there to let us in NOT EVEN AN ACTUAL WORKER. The wedding party had to scramble to set everything up before the ceremony which was unfortunately delayed by 30 or 40 minutes due to this. Everything was handled so poorly and unprofessionally. I am very disappointed and do NOT recommend using them for any event. read more

I found this place at the last minute before last Mother's Day and the only reason I give a 4 instead of a 5 is I didn't actually see what I paid for because I don't live there anymore. But I'm pretty sure it was Saturday afternoon and even though they were slammed with orders they fit in mine and delivered it to my mom before she left work at the library. At first, because they were already committed to deliveries that evening, she asked if someone could pick it up but my mom doesn't drive and her ride would have to be willing to get it but my sis was willing to make the trip to pick it up for her also. But since the library is right down Broadway from their store, they were willing/able to drop it off to her and my mom said they were beautiful and included her favorite color flowers. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I think I paid $35-40 for a medium-sized arrangement. read more

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my sister at work for her birthday. As I live in a different state I was unable to visit the florist in person but ordered a bouquet I liked online. They are a little pricy, but they do use nice Flowers. After I ordered the bouquet the lady from floral art called me and said they didn't have 2 of the flowers that were suppose to be in the bouquet, but that she would substitute them with fresh flowers she had. I agreed as long as it turned out good. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the flowers I wanted and that were in the pic, but the bouquet did turn out really nice. read more

First rate, personal service from the owner of this shop. Late in the afternoon after my uncle died, I ordered 2 arrangements for same-day delivery to two locations in Idaho Falls. Neither recipient was home, and because of wind, freezing temperatures, and animals; instead of just leaving the arrangements on the porch, a note was left at each home and the arrangements were redelivered early the next morning, with a follow-up call confirming delivery. Don't use this florist. My husband called Floral Art this past week and asked that an arrangement be sent on my birthday. The woman told him that they could deliver on my birthday, which was a Friday, and that they would call before coming. They did not call on my birthday I know because I only have a cell number and there was no call from them on nor before my birthday. They called the day after my birthday, on a Saturday at 8 in the morning. I was so disappointed that they didn't get the arrangement to me until after my birthday. Plus, who doesn't love getting an 8 a.m. phone call on a Saturday the day *after* their birthday? To add insult to injury, the arrangement had gerbera daisies [my favorite] without stem sleeves. Any florist worth anything knows that gerbera daisies droop without a stem sleeve and that you must put the stems in sleeves to have the flower last even a few days. FAIL!!! read more
