The manager (I don't know her name, but she has black hair) is consistently rude and unprofessional. Whenever I walk in, I make a point to say "hello" and try to be polite, but she never acknowledges me or speaks back. Instead, she gives off an attitude that makes me feel like I'm not welcome in the store at all. To make matters worse, she always has someone follow me around the store during my entire visit. It doesn't matter if I'm just browsing or looking for something specific--I can't shop in peace without feeling like I'm being watched the whole time. It's uncomfortable, insulting, and incredibly unprofessional. This has happened every single time I've gone in, to the point where I've actually had to reach out to corporate because of how uncomfortable it makes me. As a paying customer, I shouldn't feel like I'm doing something wrong just by shopping. A store's manager should make customers feel welcomed and respected, not singled out and treated poorly. Unfortunately, this manager's behavior ruins what should be a positive shopping experience, and until it's addressed, I can't see myself returning to this location.

She asked to see his paystub and denied to see his schedule...she demanded to see his insurance given to him by Hobby Lobby to prove he worked there. She wanted to invade his privacy. Overall a very poor experience and wouldn't not recommend going here unless you're seriously down on your luck. It is sad that they allow racism in their store with no repercussions. We have been to many Hobby Lobbies in this area and they have never demanded to see a PAY STUB!!! very unprofessional and disappointin.

The store is filled with incredible finds and at great prices. The wonderful lady who rang up our finds was kind enough to give us a personal history of a rare art book from the estate of her former piano teacher. She then provided us with local guide magazines and a recommendation on lunch and activities to do while in town. Such a memorable experience! We will definitely be back!!
