I called Lorriane at the last minute for a flower arrangement to go on my moms grave site because the flowers I ordered from Michael's did not come in and I am so glad I did. The arrangement exceeded my expectations and the fact that she did them at the last minute, the day of my moms Birthday. They were gorgeous! We used Floral Design by Lorraine to deliver a sympathy arrangement to a family member when we could not be there in person. It was clear that she wants to give every customer her undivided attention. Even though she was in the middle of a delivery, we had a short polite conversation and then she called back to take my order. We chatted a bit about who the flowers were for, and the resulting arrangement design was amazing. I called "Floral Design by Lorraine" in Orange Park, Florida late on a Friday afternoon, after learning a dear relative was gravely ill. Living 6,000 miles away, I was unfamiliar with the area or its businesses. The owner took my call late on a Friday afternoon, and despite it being the end of a long workday for her, she was kind, thoughtful, helpful and patient with me. She said she would make every effort to deliver my order by the noon the next day (Saturday). I was stunned to learn that she did not wait until the next day; she stayed in her shop late into Friday evening, prepared and delivered a breathtakingly beautiful arrangement to my relative 20 miles away.
