We recently purchased a floral arrangement for a funeral . The arrangement was pretty & the family seemed pleased. However, we felt the arrangement fell short for the large amount of money paid. When we called to share our disappointment, she said that if we had spent $50 more, it would have been bigger. Really?? I also questioned why everyone was being charged $16+ for delivery when several arrangements were going to the same location. She said the distance between the two locations was 40 minutes. Not true. I'm familiar with the area & even Google says it's 15 minutes not 40 minutes. She could have cared less about our concerns. For many, many years, I have used this shop between the different owners. I will never use this shop again nor recommend them. read more

Been using this place for years to send flowers to family for many different occasions, and they always deliver! Their flower pairings are beautiful, and their florists will choose designs based on the season or holiday you are sending for. I've sent flowers for family birthdays, graduations, and holidays both big and small, and am always blown away by what these excellent florists come up with. They have pictures on their website if you want to send something specific, but my advice is to let their florists work their magic with the designer's choice option. It's typically more expensive, but very much worth it! read more

Had an arrangement delivered to my family who has Covid. I saw a picture of the arrangement and was not happy. There was a lot of filler and not arranged nicely. When I called and talked to manager, she offered to pick it up and send a Christmas arrangement. I did not want Christmas so told her to just leave it alone. She then called my family and told them I hadn't spent very much in the first place. I don't feel that $50 plus delivery charge should be considered cheap. We received a beautiful gardenia tree for Mother's Day, but soon after it started to brown and look sick. We took it back, and Chris (the owner) rudely told us that it was supposed to be that way and she didn't expect us to be able to understand what the tree was about. She then bluntly told us 'No' when we asked for a refund. When we tried to get another plant in exchange, she said we were only allowed to stick to flowers and refused to sell us any plants. She also made very snide comments to my mother and would laugh smugly to herself. Please use a different florist who will treat you with respect. read more

My son called 2 weeks ago & told me to expect flower delivery on May 7, for Mother's Day. No delivery May 7, but today, May 8, left at my front door. Hard to believe that anyone in floral would send something so ugly! Most, 3/4ths, consisted of green leaves & foliage with maybe actually 6 - 8 flowers, very small & not fresh, beginning to wilt. Julie's name was listed as owner. I called and left message & Mary returned call & I explained how "used/leftover" and that the arrangement did not look like any of the Mother's Day offerings on the web page. Mary asked me to send pictures to her cell phone & then replied by text that disclaimer online said they had right to substitute, because of COVID19 they had limited inventory. Looks like my bouquet was leftovers from previous week. Would love to post picture of what on website & compare, what I received. Also, there were 2 sprigs of flowering weeds (I pull these from my yard) stuck in the leaves. Myself, a small business owner for 25 years, how disappointing. Order was placed from out of state, guess this floral business does not value all customers equal. I support local business and never before have written a negative review. Having 4 children & 16 grandchildren have received lots for flowers and never disappointed before. Recommend choose one of the radio advertisers who guarantee. Maybe this is why more people use big box, Amazon, Costco, ect. Floral Innovations should offer a refund. read more

I have never written a review on a business, but this time I think I should. Sending flowers is a thoughtful event and when it gets screwed up by an incompetent florist, it turns a thoughtful gesture into a source of hurt for the intended recipient. I work for a major hospital system in a different city than where my boyfriend lives. He ordered flowers yesterday for my birthday and the order was forwarded to a local florist in Columbus OH. Unfortunately, when they tried to deliver the flowers to me at work, I was not found because Florist Innovations in Twinsburg had the spelling of my last name wrong. My boyfriend repeated several times the correct spelling, but she got it wrong anyway. When I called the florist to inquire why I didn't get the flowers and to determine who was to blame for this botched up mess, she did not offer any sort of remedy for the situation. Only to say I'm sorry. That doesn't cut it. She should have offered to send the flowers free of charge or something of the sort. So, the moral of the story is to use another florist. (One that can spell) read more
