This individual proceeded to answer all of my questions in a very concise manner, and went on to make specific suggestions as to what items I might consider placing in the two orders. The two orders were then delivered the next day, and my cousin could not believe her eyes! The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and the comfort package included small touches of personal, meaningful items. I figured we should give the place another try and am glad we did. We met with Scott for a personal tour and he was beyond fabulous! I didn't realize CFW has another area with candles, faux flowers, ribbons, etc. so the tour was a nice touch and very much needed. Rene and Scott certainly turned a negative into a POSITIVE! Scott was so knowledgeable about various flowers, gave us input based on our needs, and is just amazing! The sissy and I plan on using CFW for our upcoming events vs. ordering online. Heather was flexible to have phone conferences with us later in the day and on weekends to accomodate our work schedules. She also took the time to meet us at her shop one weekend when we were in town. She really went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We wanted to use antique metal and morrocan style lanterns in our decor, specifically for aisle decorations and table centerpieces. We were pleased with every vase, container, candle holder, and of course lantern that Heather included in the design. She really understood our vision and brought it to life.
