The email sent on June 29th left it completely unclear that standalone arrangements were being replaced, leaving us with arrangements meant for pillars that were never provided. Subpar Quality and Unmet Aesthetic: The final arrangement did not match the aesthetic or quality of work I anticipated. While I understood that wisteria vines were out of season, in-season flowers like hydrangeas and peonies--which were specifically requested--were either omitted or poorly executed. The overall display felt like a rushed, last-minute attempt to cover up a severe oversight rather than a professional, thoughtfully designed arrangement. Unacceptable Delivery Execution: Adding insult to injury, I was charged a $75 delivery fee, yet on the day of the event, I was expected to meet your team at the venue entrance and carry the arrangements inside myself. Charging a delivery fee for a service that required the client to perform the manual labor is entirely unacceptable.(This was communicated but did not state a delivery fee would still be charged) For a once-in-a-lifetime family event, the combination of poor communication, failure to honor design specifications, and unprofessional delivery execution was deeply disappointing. I am sharing this feedback with the expectation that it provides a clear picture of where your service failed to meet basic standards, and in hopes that these practices are corrected for future clients.

The delivery man " Daniel" is so very polite and kind. I told my husband to never order flowers again from anyone but Hosanna's. The bouquet is so very full with greenery and so very beautiful. My past flowers have lasted well into 2 weeks and I have never been so pleased with a florist like I am with this one. I love this florist and recommend to anyone who needs a bouquet or flowers. The quality simply just isn't up to par and the arrangement looks far too different than what I paid for. The handwritten note was insanely sloppy and off-center. Not to mention, the woman who dropped them off wasn't friendly despite the office being filled with friendly employees. Incredibly irritated that this service dropped the ball in every capacity. Heather was flexible to have phone conferences with us later in the day and on weekends to accomodate our work schedules. She also took the time to meet us at her shop one weekend when we were in town. She really went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We wanted to use antique metal and morrocan style lanterns in our decor, specifically for aisle decorations and table centerpieces. Heather had a large and varied collection of lanterns that were perfect, and she even ordered new ones that we had found on our own and loved. We were pleased with every vase, container, candle holder, and of course lantern that Heather included in the design. She really understood our vision and brought it to life.
