Libby's did my bouquet for my wedding. I did the other flowers myself for $300 dollars rather than the 1500 I was quoted.My bouquet was beautiful but was supposed to have pearls in each rose but came with rhinestones instead. The flowers were wrapped with white silk but my dress was off. read more

Libby's did the flowers for my wedding and they were STUNNINGLY beautiful to say the least. They honestly could not have been more perfect. Planning my wedding all the way from Kansas City could have been disastrous, but they were quick to respond to my countless emails of all of the different pictures and ideas I had for not only my bouquets, but also the boutonnières, arch decor, and even my dogs little wreath. I came to Fort Myers Beach for a destination wedding. I did everything over the Internet and phone with Libby's for my ordering. Everything seemed perfect until I arrived at the church and was met by someone from Libby's with the flowers. The corsages for my husband's grandmother, my mother, my mother in law, and our god mothers were white. When I opened the boxes-at church and moments before the wedding started-the corsages had green, unopened buds all over each corsage, the white flowers were soaking wet and were already starting to turn brown. I almost starting crying. I was too embarrassed to give the corsages to anyone. I gave my husband's grandmother the worst one because she is in her 90's and can't see as good. My friends asked me if I wanted them to take pictures but it was so crazy in that room it never happened. The photographer was great and tried to calm me down (since I was about to cry). He was trying to get photos prior to the ceremony and I hardly took any because I spent my time drying the corsages off with bathroom paper towels before I could give them to anyone. I talked to the florist after I returned home and she reimbursed me for my husband's grandmother's corsage-since I told her it was really brown. I also complained that the white corsages had tons of unopened green buds. I was told that if I didn't want green buds I should have specified that. Now how would I-not a florist- know that when I'm ordering lily corsages or rose corsages that there will be tons of green unopened buds on the corsages and I have to specify that I don't want them. Who would want unopened, green buds on white corsages? Who would want to pay for unopened, green buds anyway?! I'm paying for flowers! The florist asked if I had pictures of the corsages. Like I said earlier-my friends had asked me but it just never happened. What a mistake that was! So I didn't get reimbursed for the other corsages because I didn't have photos. Well Libby's thanks for the lesson because now I know that I will take pictures in the future. You almost ruined the most important day of my life. My friends helped me dry them off (they were soaked and dripping water) and my relatives told me don't worry about it to just deal with it later so it wouldn't ruin my day. The only reason that I gave it one star is because my bouquet, and the bridesmaid's bouquets, were fine. I would have given it 2 stars for that but the attitude of the woman I spoke with over the phone and through emails (about the corsages) was so rude and not caring about this that I decided to only give them one star. That was a big lesson and and expensive one. If you are getting flowers for an event, have them wait with you while you look at each one. If they aren't there take photos otherwise they won't care and you won't get your hard earned money back. I was also told that they talked to my photographer. My photographer has a great business to run there with weddings and has to keep neutral for that. read more

I made an appointment for April 23rd. I responded to their confirmation email answering all 25+ questions, included pictures and my budget of around $700 and sent it back the next day. Had the meeting with the owner and loved her work! I heard that Libby's was expensive, but I thought she would be willing to work with my budget. During the meeting she asked the exact same questions that I answered in the email, thankfully I had a copy and gave it to her so that speed the process up. She was awesome, seemed like she was willing to work with my budget. I needed 4 bouquets, 3 corsages and 7 boutonnieres. They said the bridal bouquets go up to $175, so I figured the bridesmaids would be less than that. The boutonnieres would be around $13 each. Great, I thought. I received an email April 26th - "after meeting with you we had several brides that were in progress with us confirm the weekend of your wedding and unfortunately we will not be able to do your flowers." My response: "Why didn't you say that during the meeting then? It was my understanding that you were putting together a detailed invoice, not determining if you had enough time to take me on as a client. I could have paid a deposit fee the day we met if that meant it would secure my wedding date. If it's the small budget you are really concerned about I would have been able to up it some and cut back on my other wedding vendors. This is very disappointing, I wish you would have just responded to my original email when I first told you of my small budget. Then we both wouldn't have wasted any time." Bottom line, if you are on a budget don't even bother with Libby's Flowers. If you have the money, know you will not be disappointed with quality/value. I procrastinated and now lost 2 weeks and my wedding is in June. Don't get me wrong, this is my entire fault, but I wanted to share this review so other brides on a budget knew that if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. read more

I was informed ONE day before my wedding that they would not be able to obtain my absolute favorite flower which was the center of every bouquet and arrangement. At no time prior to ONE day before my wedding was I told that obtaining this flower was even questionable. I could not have been more disappointed. read more

Libby's was absolutely phenomenal to work with! They did all the flowers and the arch for my wedding last May. They were so flexible and offered so many suggestions on ways I could use my flowers for multiple purposes. They took into account my budget and helped with things I could change to make the flowers work for my budget. I couldn't help buy be blown away by how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was. I never write reviews, but Libby's flowers went over and above for my wedding! I am an extremely busy person with my work schedule and did not have time to work on anything myself. They were able to create everything I was dreaming about but better. Dalia took my vision and truly made it come to life! They were excellent at communication via email back and forth throughout the planning since I couldn't go in and meet with them often. And they had creative solutions and suggestions for last minute changes that came up due to the venue. Every time I was concerned that I might need to change something, Dalia would come up with something even better then the first idea! I love them and would recommend to anyone! read more
