Elaine, I did try to get my issue resolved directly with you and you basically weren't open to what I saw and sent you re the brown flowers which could not be fixed by taking off petals. I seldom post negative reviews but in this case I felt you blew me off. I and my husband have bought many arrangements over the years and as a returning customer that made it worse for me. read more

My mom just received the flowers that my siblings and I ordered for her for Christmas. She's tough to please and sometimes actually rearranges floral arrangements. Her flowers from Jardin were simply gorgeous and EXACTLY like the photo online. I thought that during the hectic days of a Covid Christmas, maybe the quality might slip. Nope. Not at all. Look no more! Without a doubt this is the most wonderful florist in Naples area! I phoned Elaine just before Mother's Day to ask her if there was any way she could prepare a bridal bouquet,cake topper, and 2 table arrangements for the following Saturday. She said YES and delivered the most exquisite flowers to our home and La Playa for our legal ceremony prior to our wedding in France. I just received the most beautifully potted orchid from Jardin-hands down, the loveliest presentation I've seen for what has become, a genus favorite for my lanai. This orchid however, is just too special to put outdoors. With its stylish, square glass container, attractive lava rock orchid medium and mammoth flower stalk height, it's certainly going to find a home in our great room so that I can enjoy its beauty on a daily basis!
