I was also amazed that the pricing was absolutely adequate - no overcharging on anything! Also asked about how would they handle a delivery in case a person would not be at home - they would call them and then the orderer and check whether to leave the delivery with the register or do another re-delivery later with the transparent re-delivery fee.
