I ran across them looking for a nearest flower shop to a hotel I was staying at with my wife to celebrate her 50th birthday. Earlier that morning I ordered 3 dozen red roses from them to be delivered on the same day to the hotel to be delivered to the front desk and up to my room while we were out to dinner - this is something I arranged with the concierge to be one of many surprises for her that day and the perfect way to end the night when she would have found the bouquet in our room when we'd arrive back. I became increasingly worried when I got no notices or updates. Proflowers is a company that oversees and administers the process completely dropped the ball and other than take the order, by their own admission, neglected to follow through on it. The shop itself Miami Flower Delivery is less than 3 miles away from the hotel we were staying in. I wound up spending the last hours before heading out to dinner on the day on my wife's birthday on chats and calls with Proflowers who claimed no responsibility and blamed it all on the flower shop. They finally, when I asked for a full immediate refund proposed a solution to deliver the flowers by noon the next day guaranteed in exchange for me accepting a 30% Discount. The next morning still nothing. Noon came and went and when I got hold of the company they tried telling me to give them more time they are trying. I finally requested an immediate refund and was left in disgust and disappointment. Their inaptness and complete lack of care should be noted and this company is to be avoided at all costs!
