The nursery is beautiful, with a wide variety of Talavera pots, fountains, statutes, and beautiful plants. Everything is thoughtfully organized, making it easy to browse and find exactly what you are looking for. One of our favorite parts of the visit was their variety of Talavera pots. They add such a beautiful artistic touch and really complement any yard perfectly. What really made my visit stand out, though, was Yollie's help. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to answer all our questions, offered help, and made sure we left feeling confident about our purchase. Her friendly and approachable attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. If you are looking for quality plants, stunning Talavera pottery, and exceptional customer service, Casa Planta Nursery is it.

I can't forget to acknowledge the workers. All so knowledgeable and friendly.

Avoid this business, not trustworthy, and they do lousy work. Carlos said it would be $100 dollars to "prepare" the area and $100 to "install" the sod. I paid upfront and was told everything would be ready to go when the day came. When they came to do the job, they showed up late and without the sod, saying that it wasn't ready. They left to go pick up the sod then came back 1.5hours later and still didn't have the sod. .... they then began to prepare the area, simply weed whacking the grass that was there. Left to go pick up the sod again, and cane back TWO HOURS later. I know this because I took a whole day off of work in order to supervise the work. When it came time to "install" the grass, he was literally going to just place the sod on the spot and call it a day. I then told him "aren't you going to level the ground then put it down systematically?" He argued for a bit that it wasn't necessary until I insisted that it be leveled first. WHATTA JOKE. My elderly relative and I literally had to start doing it ourselves so that him and his guy would follow suit. They took all day to do 1 thing then at the end of the day hurried and left without even watering the grass. He even didn't haul away the mound of old grass, dirt, and debris as he said he would. And when we asked him about it he said the garbage men would pick it up. I ended up having to dispose of it all myself. I also asked Carlos several days later asking if he would come to finish the job and plant the several trees as we agreed as part of the deal and he said thats not his job, someone else in his staff was supposed to come do that and he doesn't do things "for free". I ended up planting all the trees myself as well. Spent nearly $1000 dollars and that's the treatment i got. Needless to say the reviews are all true and you should not go anywhere near this place or people. You're better off doing everything yourself.

Located conveniently off Griffin Rd, it's hard to miss & has plenty of parking in the front. It seems like there's always a couple of employees walking around who are eager to help out. Their space is not massive by any means but it's set up to get the most out of it & they do it well. It's clearly sectioned off so you can easily find what you're looking for. Trees, native & exotic plants, fruit & vegetable plants, succulents, flowers; there's no shortage of variety here. They also do a good job at rotating their selection. I like that there's usually something new to me when I visit. For the most part, prices are great. If you're on a budget, you can walk away with an armful of succulents or small potted flowers for under $15. Also, There's always a sale of some sort. Like other places, they have things that are very expensive but at least the quality of these products seem good. Supporting local businesses is always a great thing to do so I try to stop by here monthly. If you're a fan of gardening or want to get started, this is a great place to check out. You'll even enjoy "window shopping" if you just want to see what this nursery is all about.

Well, obviously it was Vday and they know people will go crazy for flowers/roses, so they upped their price from $15 for a dozen to $25 for a dozen. Crazy? YES. I agree with the other yelper that their flowers look like they are dying. I bought a mini bouqet of roses in some pinky/peach color which were cute, but it was quite obvious that they weren't of great quality. They look like they were already out of water for a little too long. Anyway, I decided to buy them since I didn't want to make a pit stop anywhere else, and because it was already 5pm -- rush hour. I got them for ~$15.. I cut the stems and placed them in a vase at home. They only lasted maybe 3 or 4 days at most before they SERIOUSLY started to wilt and fall over. I should've made the drive and gone to costco or even whole foods for better quality roses, even if they were at a slightly higher cost. I know it'll be worth the price.

I ordered a sunflower bridal bouquet, 2 boutonnieres, and a single sunflower and they were absolutely beautiful. The outside appearance of this flower shop is not impressive, but inside I saw the most beautiful bouquets and knew I would be pleased in the end. The service is not the most friendly, but it was efficient and quick, which is more important to me. I was able to specify exactly what I wanted and when I called with additional questions I received accurate, helpful answers. The prices at Paradise Flowers and Plants can't be beat. I visited 2 other flower shops in the area prior to coming here, and Paradise definitely had the best prices. Overall, if you care more about purchasing beautiful flowers without the fluff of a more expensive store, Paradise Flowers and Plants is the perfect place to shop!

My first contacts with them were awesome, the customer service efficient, its managers too. However, I have had bad experiences with the technician coming home to apply the termite treatment. For three consecutive appointments the staff does not come or cancel the visit at the time of the appt "because he is too far away from my home address and can't make it". I don't understand how if my visit was in his schedule (????). The employee named "Jerrod" was supposed to make the last 2 appts and I heard always same excuse (???). Too sad that things like this happens in a company with a historic notoriety, it is a waste of time of the customer who every time has to arrange absence at work to be present and after waiting the 3 hours frame, has to call customer service to hear a "sorry, the technician is too far away and can't make it". Thank God the company still has persons like Fred who is entirely the opposite, very professional and knowledgeable, and help the customer until last resource. I wish this be a particular situation and not a recurrent pattern!!!
