The employees are extremely knowledgeable about the plants they sell and are great about separating the full sun from the partial sun plants as well as the easy care and difficult plants. I can kill anything, but the staff showed me some plants that they said I couldn't kill, and I'm here to say 4 months later almost all are still alive and flourishing! You use a cart to place your plants into and a staff member will wheel the cart around for you. Prices aren't on all of the plants, but they are all extremely affordable, and the staff can help answer those questions as well. For two arraignments and delivery I was quoted $2100 pesos. I agreed . I'm taking 2 stars away because the day of delivery they texted me that they had quoted me incorrect and the total would be $2200 peso. 1st, that "mistake" is not my problem. If they made a mistake they should absorb it. We had a deal. 2nd, you don't alert the customer 30 min before delivery you need more money. That's crass and borders on extortion. It's $100 pesos out of an order of over $2000 plus a friend used them in the same delivery. I felt I was being taken advantage of and probably was. I declined. They then agreed to the original price. Like I said, the flowers were beautiful and I was happy with the end product. The attempt to gouge me at the end was sad. So yes, use them, get a firm price, and stick to it
