She devoted 2 hours total to talking, listening, explaining her process to you and giving you your massage. You really get all of the time you pay for she gives your massage to meet your needs. I was impressed. She did deep tissue massage in my case. Usually I cannot tolerate deep tissue, but she listened to me and was careful not to hurt me in a bad way, A really good massage hurts a bit, but should not make you so sore you cannot function the next day in my opinion. Around 11:00, I was told they could only do a 60-minute massage if I came immediately, so I adjusted my schedule and arrived early. When I got there, the therapist used Google Translate to tell me she had another client at 12:30 and implied that if I had come earlier (which was never clearly communicated), she could have done the full 90 minutes. At that point, after the confusing communication and change of plans, I decided to leave. The space itself also felt a bit off to me--it had a strong chemical cleaning smell and didn't feel particularly welcoming or relaxing. Overall, the lack of clear communication and inconsistency made this a disappointing experience.
