The nurses or any of the staff didn't do any thing, no extras no MRI no ultra sound, not until my cousin strated to make nose about it. They finally did an ultrasound on her ankle after 2 weeks and nothing showed, so my cousin kept pushing and finally got an MRI done after 3 weeks of this it was done this past Friday. And just a few a minute ago they called and said that the MRI show her ankle is broke, 4 weeks of this, the kind of brake that she has, she have to stay off her foot for awhile to try to get it healed. Not only that we also eat lunch with her and another family member that is there, at lunch they have water on her tray my ant doesn't drink water at all she don't drink anything. After she eats and they get the tray they mark that she drinks water. We have evidence that she don't they are fossilizing a document, they have been caught and been confronted about it, and this still goes on. I just wonder how the other residents there is being treated, they need new owners and new administration to run that place. So please check on your love ones if you have love ones in that facility.

I missed the call from my awesomely concerned family doctor who had already reviewed my ER records despite the fact that it was a holiday and she was supposed to be relaxing. She wanted to have me come in for a follow-up exam. Since I didn't recognize the number and my voicemail box was jammed full, I didn't know I was supposed to go in. But on Thanksgiving, in the evening, when I relapsed into that toxic pain and shaking, my family called Dr. Rentel. She was there, and she had advice. She got me through the night and saw me first thing Monday. This is the most compassionate doctor. I love her to pieces. She has her patients' best interest in mind. She really cares about your health. And she's funny and easy to talk to. I have high praise for Dr. Rentel. If you're looking for a new family doctor, definitely try to get in with her. It will be tough. Since she's so amazing, she's always booked full. But if you happen to call the office when they're taking new patients, you musn't undervalue the opportunity. Jump on it! By chance, I was assigned to her when I was a student at OSU in the student health department. She asked me if I had allergies, to which I replied NO. She took a good look at me and said, "Yes you do." She gave me oral steroids and within 24 hours my breathing issues were totally resolved. Turns out, I have a severe grass pollen allergy that developed as an adult and procudes asthma. I'm now taking allergy shots to help build a tolerance to my allergies and symptoms. They recently relocated to new facilities in the Altair Medical Building (off Africa Rd just beyond the COPC Headquarters and the COPC Medical Building. I have the utmost faith and trust with these doctors and credit Dr Richard will saving my life when he detected colon cancer over 20 years ago when it was still highly treatable. He's not one to order tests unless there's a really good reason and is not one to overly medicate a condition. I've seen a number of the doctors and nurse practitioners in this practice when Dr Richard hasn't been available and all provided excellent care. I would highly recommend Westerville Family Physicians.
