It's located in the Hi Desert Plaza at the corner of Bear Valley Rd and Hesperia Rd. Parking is plentiful. It has a store plus donation center. I didn't walk into the store. I was dropping off a couple bags of old clothes and miscellaneous items. Upon opening the door, it was locked. Luckily, I knocked on the door and a really nice lady walked on over to open the doors. It wasn't closing time yet. I asked her why the doors were locked. She said they lock the doors when they go have lunch. It was around 5:00 PM so it must have been a very late lunch. Thank you Miss! It's a very small entry way with a couple bins in front. Just drop off and go. Please note NO DUMPING at any time. My visit was quick. Glad I have found another Goodwill to go-to in the high desert. The experience was horrible. They broke a water pipe. They smashed the mirror off of our forklift, carrying materials passed it. Boldly lied about it until I called them out and said I would pull it up on the cameras. They then wanted to purchase a bunch of items we had for sale on the property and ended up taking more than what we agreed upon and saying they would pay us before they left. They have not paid for it. They stole things and they've admitted they've stolen them. Repeatedly, we have asked Alex, the main guy, to provide the phone number of the church and the pastor they are associated with. He refuses to give me a name or a phone number.
