I arrived at 7:45 PM on a Monday and the park was quite busy. The 3.2 mile jogging/walking trail was amazing and it took me 60 minutes to complete. The trail wraps around the scenic LaFortune Golf course. Located along the trail are playgrounds, pavilions, ponds, sculptures, the ARF center, basketball courts, crochet courts, and tennis courts. A large part of the trail is empty though but this was better than paying membership for a gym that you don't go on a regular basis.
