When the times she gave him did not work in his schedule, he then berated her about times on November 8 that he could deliver the flowers. Keep in mind, these flowers were supposed to be delivered on her birthday, November 14. She explained to him that her birthday was not for a week but he ignored her and told her he would try to get them to her on the 8th. Horrible customer service and gross incompetence. The flowers were delivered on the 8th with a card that said they were to be delivered on the 14th clearly displayed in the bouquet and the same man wished my daughter a belated birthday... 6 days before her actual birthday. To her dismay, she found that the lilies had lost their anthers, indicating that she was given flowers that were several days old. Even worse, the succulents in her bouquet were made out of styrofoam!!!
