I believe I spoke with Jean, and she was wonderful. She was running the shop by herself, clearly in a bit of a frenzy, but still took my order with grace. I was ordering some roses for my girlfriend, and Redwood Florist delivered. They delivered on time, with the flowers in perfect condition. My girlfriend was very very happy with them, which made me happy :) The price is about what you'd expect, which can be considered a little much, but perfectly in line with all over places I looked at. Called these folks from Boston to order flowers for my aunt, who lives nearby, for her 86th birthday - I always try to support local business rather than chain stores! They were great - friendly on the phone, prompt delivery the following day, my aunt loved the flowers. Can't vouch for the arrangement as I haven't seen a pic yet - but will update when I do. Only drawback was that delivery was $10 - even though my aunt lived very close (town adjacent, but nearby, 2.5 miles away). read more

Mary and her team did my wedding flowers. I picked them because they were familiar with my venue and were not too far away. For a very reasonable budget, she provided my dream flowers and knew EXACTLY the style and kind of theme/feel of my wedding I wanted, without seeing anything else associated with my wedding, other than my venue. I was going for a romantic, soft pinks, English-gardeny style, and was very particular and she was right on the money. Her price was reasonable and everyone I encountered there were so friendly and helpful. She is the one to go to because she and her designer will devote their creative energies to your wedding and event, unlike other florists I visited who treat your event like any other thing and kind of talk you out of your vision because they don't want to work with your budget or whatever. Mary and Redwood florst is not that all. My mom was being a little difficult with the vases and the type of vases she wanted for my wedding (lol) but Mary was very professional and understanding and worked with us despite these difficulties. I have two of the centerpieces drying and many people at my wedding had to play rock,paper, scissors to see who would get to take their table's home. :) read more

Absolutely wonderful florist to work with by phone. I live 70 miles away. I had ordered an arrangement for my aunt who was hospitalized. I had gone online to find a florist in New Brunswick to order from and found a great website with lovely photos of their own arrangements. I placed the order on a Sunday afternoon with a Tuesday delivery. My aunt ended up in ICU and could not receive flowers in the ICU. Redwood florist called me up every other day to keep me informed on the status of my order. They contacted me on the day that they were able to deliver the flowers when my aunt finally transferred into a regular room. The ladies that I talked with through out the week were wonderful. Their price was very reasonable. My cousin sent me a picture of the flowers and they are beautiful. I will be using the for all my orders in the future. read more

I ended up ordering with another store because of the timing, but I thought Mary was incredibly nice and helpful when I was shopping around for wedding flowers. She always made sure to let me know when I could expect to hear back from her, since she was usually out of the shop, which I really appreciated. Unlike other local florists whom I spoke to, Mary never pressured me into ordering anything I didn't want or need. When I told her the cost of the eucalyptus garland was out of my budget, she provided me with very reasonable alternatives. All in all, I can't recommend her enough. read more
