The nice gals there tried calling her and texting her but she didn't respond. I received a call from her at 11:30 and she advised me that she was having an allergic reaction to some gloves she wore and couldn't work. She wanted to send me proof and I told her no, but thanked her for calling me and hung up. Next thing you know, she's texting me pictures of her hand and telling me, "look what I'm dealing with," as though I should be more understanding toward her condition. While I do sympathize with her, it is unprofessional to accept appointments if you're not going to show up, especially when your client lives an hour away! I will never recommend Laura to anyone, but would gladly recommend her coworkers! They were awesome!

PMP is just down the street from my house, so I checked the reviews & ended up making an appointment after I popped in for a consult to figure out what I'm looking at, price wise. I'm a very flighty gal who can't remember diddly squat from two days ago, so you can guess how happy I was when you opt to have a appointment reminder emailed to you as well as texted to you a day or so before you're to see them. Loved that' I got my coloring done with different shades of brown, (my hair was all sorts of color shades since I've dyed it black for ten years and then stopped coloring it back in January), then gloss was done and had about five inches taken off and some layering. I'm EXTREMELY happy with the results! Very very happy with how it turned out. The gals in the salon are extremely nice, we talked the entire time which made my appointment fly by, they offered up coffee and snacks while I was letting the coloring treatment do its thing. Honestly, I'll definitely be going to them from now on because I was so happy with the entire experience.
