Not all of the estheticians have the same techniques, some are more thorough then the others but overall I do enjoy coming here! They are friendly and very quick! They always have me out in 15 minutes from check in to check out! You're also welcome to set up your next appointment or call it in yourself! I don't ever feel forced or obligated. When a treatment doesn't produce the expected results, the least a client should receive is a professional evaluation and a willingness to make things right, not excuses. On top of that, the receptionist consistently had a rude and dismissive attitude. She told me they would not provide any complimentary treatments, even though I never asked for one. All I wanted was to receive the service I had already paid for and have it done correctly. A reputable business stands behind its work and takes responsibility when something doesn't go as planned. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Instead, I was met with poor customer service, a lack of professionalism, and no accountability. For those reasons, I cannot recommend this place
