We were in the process of purchasing a home and the inspection reported mold in the foam insulation in the attic. We are not local and had to go through this process from 3000 miles away. After getting a quote from another insulation company that seemed to be off in some way (too hard to explain here), we wanted a second opinion. Flores Foam was recommended by a roofer we were using, so we contacted them. They were able to get in to do an estimate right away and made us feel very comfortable. They were professional and provided good explanations of the issues we were having. We ultimately didn't end up purchasing the house and so we didn't move forward with service from Flores Foam, but because of the professional and quality service they provided in doing the estimate and providing an explanation, I wanted to give them a shout out. The price quoted was a little higher than the first one we received from the other company, but we would have gone with Flores Foam because of their service quality over the less expensive option. read more
