This place is beyond ridiculous! They came and insulated my attic with spray foam. No roof leaks…read morebefore they got here. After they left, my roof was leaking. I called and talked to the manager, who stated, "Let me contact my division manager and get back to you." I let them know my roof is currently leaking and causing damage. I had to call about three hours later and the manager said due to the evidence, they weren't liable. I told them my roof is leaking now that they completed their job and it's not their fault? Long story short, I went to Lowe's and ended up fixing the thing myself. They knocked a vent pipe loose while spraying my attic. Very unprofessional!! Scam artists! Spray looks good, but it leaks. They said they weren't coming to fix it. They did not complete their job! Do not go to these people!! They will mess your home up and not come fix what they broke. Go with a more professional company.

They claimed plenty of experience, but the job was a shit show. First off... they didn't tape anything that shouldn't be sprayed (outlets, smoke detector, drywall. Cavities were unevenly filled, they installed batting on floor before scraping down beams for drywall, staples poking thru drywall in certain areas, they were paid to install insulation under flooring above garage to mitigate heat, and because they couldn't get in in certain areas they skipped it. So the floor is only partially done. They came back to fix some of the problem areas and look at those areas under flooring and said they could blow some insulation in... but would have to meet with the boss and make a plan. He talked about this businesses pride in their work and he promised he'd make it right. 3 phone calls (unanswered & messages left), and over 3 weeks later we haven't heard a work from this crap company. They are unprofessional (NO callback whatsoever) and super sloppy. I paid the price for you - do NOT use this company and do NOT trust a word they say. If you do use this company- do NOT pay them until you are satisfied... and the odds aren't good there.

The service tech that came was astute at accessing the issue and explaining to me what the resolve would be. The first issues at hand was a halway three-way switch that would only work if the other switch was in the on position. The service tech spent about 30-45 correcting the wiring so that the both light switches work as advertised. The second was correcting the wiring in my garage which at first seemed like a daunting task due to the accessibility/small crawl space to get where the electrical work was required. But yet again, the service tech knock this project out seamlessly and better than than initially thought. The total cost for these repairs was approximately $400 for a couple hours of work. As a homeowner, that cost seemed reasonable enough for that peace of mind that an electrical issue was corrected to code. And with that, I highly recommend this business if you're looking for a straight forward, reasonable, professional electrician.

Horrifying is the only word that comes to mind. We had Comfort Air Cooling and Heating LLC come back to checkout an HVAC unit they installed a few years ago because the heat stopped working. The owner of the company (Mitchell M.) showed up to our house (the same person who installed the unit a couple year prior)... First words out of his mouth were that he didn't know how to work on furnaces. Yep, that's right, they apparently installed a system in my house that they didn't know how to work on--scary! He then proceeded to ask to borrow my tools and then began hammering on our natural gas valve (like a frustrated child). And when I expressed safety concerns, he argued with me that natural gas was not poisonous to humans. My entire family was witness to this. Long story short, he left in a temper tantrum when we refused to allow him to continue hammering on our natural gas valve (there are mar marks all over the valve and pipes where he did damage). Thankfully, we found a licensed qualified HVAC shop with great reviews to swing by. They literally identified and fixed the issue in less than 45 minutes. The HVAC shop that had to fix our system could not believe what we went through with Comfort Air Cooling and Heating LLC. I'm absolutely astounded these guys are licensed. Unless you want your house burnt down or your family not waking up in the morning due to a gas leak from incompetent professionals, DO NOT HIRE these guys.

I found the paperwork on the system and noted it was installed by Comfort Air and gave them a call as soon as they opened. I told them the AC was out and the thermostat was reading blank. They immediately sent a service tech over, and he had the problem diagnosed, serviced, and had the system up cooling my house again within 30 minutes. Then Dean gave me some training to ensure I did not have the same issue again, plus some tips on how to get the best results from heating and cooling systems here on the Gulf coast. I can not adequately express the gratitude I have for this company and their customer service. Finally , I have to note that the equipment was still under warranty, but the labor warranty had expired. Regardless of this expiration, the service fee and labor costs were all waived. This is beyond fair, and companies like this are another reason I am happy I returned to NW Florida as my permanent residence.

Since the system was far beyond its natural life span, we decided to replace . Chris and his partner gathered the materials and, although he got the system functioning enough to provide heat, they were there in 3 days. It took a whole day, but they worked hard all day and were very thorough. I appreciated how concerned Chris was with keeping the work area tidy, and he did a great job cleaning everything up when he was done. Everything is working tiptop, and I am happy with the warranties they provided. All in all a great job!
