Wonderful service!! This was my first time getting towed so I had no idea what to expect. My dad's car broke down on his way to work and Mr. Flores was very responsive and professional. We called other towing service but they either overcharge us or require a really long wait(1-2 hrs). Mr. Flores charged us a very reasonable price and came very quickly. He even helped us push the car back to the parking spot. 10/10 would recommead. read more

Terrible customer service !! Lies to you. Told us so may times he was going. Never even called to let us know he wasn't coming. They promise they will pick up but we waited, and waited and waited. I have used this tow company two times both times for my Grandsons car. The owner is professional, kind and VERY honest which is refreshing. I called several tow companies and I was quoted over $200 for a tow. Flores Towing charged me LESS than half of that and helped tow the vehicle on a Sunday afternoon. Yelp needs to incorporate a 0 STAR option because that is exactly what I would give this company- if you could even call it a company. The price is great over the phone- until it's time for the towing guy Luis to come and he's no where to be found. I spoke to him multiple times over the phone yesterday and we confirmed for a 9:30am pick up. It is currently 9:56am and 2 calls and voicemails later; still no call or show up. Very unprofessional!!! When my car broke down and I was waiting for AAA I saw a guy and asked him for help to move my car from the street. It happened to be someone from Flores Towing and he made sure that I and my car were safe. It got dark and nobody had shown up from AAA. Then Flores Towing showed up again to check on me and was surprised that I was still stuck. He told me if AAA hadn't shown up within the next hour I should call him and he would help me. He said the area wasn't safe at night and he wants me to be safe. I can't thank him enough for helping and checking on me!!! I'm really grateful for that! Too bad Flores Towing is not with AAA! BTW the AAA tow truck took in total 4.5 hours to drop me and my car off at a repair shop. read more

Worst experience I had with a towing company. Waited for 2 hours, truck driver came-look at my car and left. Driver didn't even go down and talk to the customer. He left for no reason. I was waiting with two of my daughters and we ended up walking home because they said the next one will take another 2 hours. read more

After calling several towing places in the middle of the night to get my car towed early before street sweeping; Flores towing to the rescue. The gentleman who towed my car was quick and efficient. The price was great!! I called three other towing places nearby and almost all of them charged 2 to 3 times the price of this place. Let me save you a couple of phone calls. This company is TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THEM! Not only are they rude, but we called for a tow YESTERDAY, to give them heads up for towing today! They had over 24 hours advance notice and didn't even bother showing up to tow the car they had all day and now it's already 5pm. They promised they would be there to tow the cars; and didn't call to let us know they weren't going to make it. I'll never use them again and highly recommend you not to use them. I've used Yelp for over a year and this is my first time leaving a review. I highly recommend this towing company because not only is Mr. Flores honest and caring but he has great customer service. Originally he was going to tow our van from El Monte to Glendora (which would have cost more) but when we called him we weren't exactly sure what was wrong with our van so we just asked for a tow. When he arrived he assessed our situation and told us we would be ok to drive our van home on a spare tire. [Our tire was not flat but the top layer of tread was torn off, there was a serious amount of pressure in the tire and and pieces of the wheel well were dangling.] Mr. Flores changed our tire, adjusted the wheel well parts that were dangling and released the air from the original tire so it wouldn't blow up while it was in the van. He also had me drive around before he left to make sure I was comfortable with the work he had done. He got paid for for a roadside service call instead of a towing service, which is less then what he would've made. Mr. Flores isn't just out there to make fast cash, he truly cares and is very honest. read more

I don't normally leave reviews but this one I have to. I have a Porsche Carrera with a pretty low body so when I had an electrical problem last month, I need to call a flat back tow truck to tow it to the shop. I looked up the towing companies on Yelp and I found this one by chance. I give them a call and someone returned my voice mail with in mins. I got a quote on the phone and the driver showed up in 20 mins. He was very polite and took great care of the car. He was super careful to load it up to his tow truck and we got to the shop with no issue. He checked 4-5 times while loading up the car to make sure it went in smoothly and did the same when unloading. The price is very reasonable ( about 30% lower than the other guy I called that day). Even with a lower body, the bumpers never touched the ground at all. I am very satisfied with the service and will use his service again if I need to (hopefully not too soon.) read more
