I've lived here for a while and I love it here. The gym is sweet. Always clean. The office staff is always super friendly. They stay working pretty late so availability is pretty on point. Came here for a tour a few months ago. Although came out with very distasteful health concerns. Asked some questions to residents and they have had mold in their own homes for over 2 years. They came to fix it and mold came back. When told to property management to fix it the mold again, they ignored them. Clothing, items, baggage were all ruined. And this happened around multiple years. Residents told management if they could be moved into a new apartment due to the mold but they'd have to pay the increased rent amount of $2,300 instead of 1,800 of the previous apartment they were living in. Management said they can cut the lease and leave or continue to live in the apartment because they will rent it out to someone else. Although it was "recently renovated" they said with new appliances, I think this was just a way to bribe people to stay. I don't think new paint fixes mold... That's all within the walls. Something will ruin your clothes, and you breath in at night. You'll get very sick. I'm surprised no one started a class action lawsuit yet and shut it down for health inspectors to come. The community is nice with a decent amount of amenities, but that won't persuade me. I personally won't be going any further with any application process. read more

It's loud! Parties go on until 2 am. It smells like trash ALL the time!! Cell phone service is HORRIBLE!! The interior walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbors peeing in their bathroom. I live here and it's been nightmare after nightmare since the first day I moved in. The manager has nothing better to do all she does is drive around and find people to bully in the neighborhood. You can't even work outside or use your garage for anything because you'll get a lease violation. Even though when I moved in one of the selling points was you could grill outside and people would store their items like chairs, grill, plants outside by their garage. All of a sudden they change the policy and will throw out your things if anything is outside your own home. I had issues with mold. Multiple water leaks (YES MORE THAN ONE) dated appliances that constantly break, and I deal with threats from the leasing manager constantly. HELL ON EARTH!! I moved in with my wife and three kids and have never had such a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Everything was fine until a neighbor moved in below us. Within two weeks the neighbor had filled 8 complaints against us saying we are loud which is a complete LIE!! The office staff never asked us about our side of the situation and told us that 1 more complaint and we would be evicted and given 3 days to vacated. So I did what any parent would do which is get out of there before my lying neighbor could file one more complaint and then we would be homeless. My Neighbor is a jupiter cop who dislikes my family for some reason even though I loaned him tools and offered to help carry heavy furniture in if he needed help. This has caused my children massive Trauma to the point they are afraid to even play with each other over fear they are being too loud playing and we will get more complaints. The Floresta office manager is the worst and doesn't care about my family or situation at all... they are keeping my 3000$ deposit plus reporting to credit bureau plus 250$ for not giving them notice plus 150$ for damages but nothing specific was written down about damages.... No family should ever have to go through this. My family was FORCED OUT! And we had no OPTION EXCEPT TO LEAVE! As my neighbor would obviously complain again about us and then my kids would be on the street as it's impossible to find a home in 3 days which is how much time Floresta would give us! It amazes me that all someone has to do is make a bunch of complaints backed with absolutely no PROOF and they can get innocent families kicked out or leave on there own with threat of a last complaint followed by eviction!! I cannot stress enough how RIDICULOUS THIS IS! Worst place and horrendous office staff! I had to choose 1 star in order for review to post but they definitely deserve no star!! I will be reporting to the better b bureau as well as looking into legal options because this is WRONG ON EVERY LEVEL! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! read more

I would not live there. If you have an appliance breakdown the "onsite" maintenance are not really qualified and you may go weeks without working refrigerator. Im not sure what is an acceptable time for a large property management owned complex to let a paying tenant go without working refrigerator but seems 4 weeks is not appropriate. I have small rental property and when tenant has issuse with appliances I would have repaired immediately or replaced. My advice is to look else where that is not managed by the same company. read more

I was scheduled to move into Floresta apartmenst on a Friday of August 2015. They called me the day before and told me that my apartment is not ready because it is not clean yet. I said I don't mind cleaning lady working when I am in, and asked them if I can move into my apartment anyway and they agreed. The next day the cleaning lady came, and even after additional cleaning the apartment was not clean. I did not make a big deal out of this. Just as when my movers arrived, front keys did not work, wasting valuable mover time. Throughout my stay there, I had various maintenance issues which were addressed very poorly. For example, for at least 2 years dishwasher were not working properly, then for more than 6 months it completely stopped working. Repeated maintenance requests did not address the issue until they replaced the old dishwasher with another new but low quality dishwasher. The toilet was constantly leaking water. Maintenance came but as usual did not address the issue. I bought a 20 dollar kit from Home Depot and fixed the leak myself. I was not able to withstand the sound of constant flush at nights because of the leak. It is also interesting to note here that in Floresta you will be paying an additional 100 dollars for water/sewer etc. No wonder. When they are making you pay for it, they have no motivation to fix anything. The central air conditioning were in bad shape throughout my stay. It was constantly working and was not cooling the house properly. I paid high electrical bills because of that. Again maintenance did not address the issue. Central A/C not working properly in Florida? Good luck with that. So at the end what did I get for being a cooperating person and not making a big deal out of all these issues? Well you guessed it. They charged me 1000 dollars for poor condition of the carpet, which is essentially the cost to replace the entire carpet. I am about to move in so this is a comment about the leasing staff. The person I dealt with is Saran and she is awesome. She did all she could to help us with obtaining our unit with minimal costs because of hurricane Irma and made sure that everything went smoothly. She even took care of a package for me that arrived the day before move in. So far I am very pleased with the staff and specifically Saran. I will write more after we move in to comment about other aspects of the unit and the experience. read more

Worst rental experience of my life. You cannot see your actual unit until after you hand over your cashiers check and actually move in. The unit was far inferior to the model. Very dated appliances, cheap hardware, no water pressure. I felt like I was living in a college dorm. The lease agreement is extremely biased to the rental property owner. They took my security deposit and charged me over $600 more for the damaged carpet caused by their air conditioning leaking. Bad.

This "premier" apartment complex is a farce. The lack of control in the basic endeavor of trash collection and removal is a weekly disgrace. The recycling centers are regularly riddled with garbage. Maintenance is just a game of do as little as necessary to shut up the tenant. When you have real problems and require things to be replaced be careful not to exceed their expected cost for the year or you may be asked to leave. I may be able to handle all of this political BS if I could sit on my front porch and relax at night, but chairs, or anything else for that matter are not allowed on the front porch. Not a chair, not a plant nor any other evidence that an individual lives there. Long story short, we don't live there any more and we are glad they "we will not be renewing your lease agreement" Be sure to read the other reviews listed below that are "not recommended" by Yelp. My issue has to do with some changes made when a new company took bought this place last year. However, they're nothing that should deter anyone from considering making this place their home. The grounds are kept clean and well tended. Our neighbors are respectful and quiet, and always courteous around the pool and gym (which is always kept clean and maintained) The office staff is outstanding and always available to help. If maintenance needed to be called any issues were resolved within hours. My wife and I have been happy happy here for almost 5 years. If you're looking to move into a complex that's beautiful and safe you will be happy here. read more

We lived in Floresta for 2 1/2 years during a job transition and out experience was wonderful. The staff has always been very courteous and the maintenance workers are very polite and helpful. The pool area, tennis courts, running track, playground, and bark park are very nice and up-to-date. This is by far the most dog-friendly apartment complex in Palm Beach County, which we appreciate. There are doggy-bags throughout the complex with waste cans to dispose of pet waste. Most residents use them (I wish all did), but this is not the fault of the staff. The grounds are always kept up, palm fronds and trash are picked up so the grounds always look clean. The apartment amenities are not as new as some other apartment complexes, but everything works fine and the Resident Portal makes it easy to put in Maintenance Requests which get answered and completed the next business day. The neighborhood is very safe and well lit which makes it nice when walking the dog or going for a morning jog. The location is ideal with Publix being directly across the street and just a couple of miles from Indiantown Rd. or Donald Ross. We have really enjoyed our stay at Floresta, and I think you would too. read more

I have been a resident at Floresta for a couple of years now. Since I have moved in, they have changed management companies to Northland Investment Corporation and the transition has been great. I understand splitting the bill for water is a bit of a pain, but the reasonable monthly rental price of the unit certainly compensates for this issue. The staff are absolutely tremendous and helped to get me into a bigger unit when I outgrew my small one-bedroom one-bathroom. They have bent over backward to help assist in the transition by getting us into the unit as early as possible, making sure that it was cleaned and all maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manner, and even helping to navigate mail and packages that were being delivered to the old apartment. I couldn't be any more grateful. Also, any and all maintenance requests that I have submitted have been fulfilled in a very timely and professional manner. I am very happy with the Floresta Community and enjoy living here! read more

TGM Floresta Apartments rentals and the staff all but too ppl there I like..!anyway please if anyone is looking for a place to rent at..please do not go to tgm floresta apartments the office mananger is the worst..she put me and my mom through hell and stress..we always paid are rent on time and never had any probllems with ppl..but she is the worst manager.....like I said the office manager put me and my mom throught some hell and stress...and she told me and my mom that we had to move out of there September 30,2014 and we did...and they do not have to give you reason either why you have to move out..and also ppl do not pick up after there dogs waste and they do not keep there dogs on a leash either,,,Because I had a problem with a neighbor when I lived there she never kept her dog on a leash and in are lease contracts in a living area like this you have to keep your dog on a leash..because that is why there were so many dog fights there...... read more

If you like splitting your whole buildings water bill (families, kids, couples) this is the place for you. Lol. make sure you use the term "sub metered" when asking if you only pay for your water usage. They told me only respnsible for what i use yet my bills were $80/mo. And i spent maybe 10 nights there in my 2.5 month stay! My last month i didnt sleep there at all and final bill was $85. Super OLD and depressing. it looks so cute from outside the trees and cute buildings BUT they dont let you see your unit til you move in date. They say "oh maintenance has your keys we cant let you in" its a bait and switch. Seriously, worst experience ever. I never even used my oven or micro bc i didnt even want to bond with the place. Like really weird old depressing energy. I kinda thought it was just me but met super cool tennant there and when she used the words " im so depressed here but stuck" i was like ok its not me. Its the place. Im just gratful i had the means and motivation to get OUT. I took a hit. They make u pay til someone rerents it but honestly id rather financial suicide than stay there. My emotional bank account has never been fuller since moving out. Brandy the leasingmanager is the sweetest thing tho and i wish she would go manage an amazing new property and get out of this place. Anyhow, just glad theres.a platform to bent. Told myself was gona write this months ago when moved and just so happy now i wasnt gona but keep putting it on my to do list bc i think ppl need to be aware. They all about money and filling it! I lived in this community for several years.Office staff changes every 6 months and with each new staff member comes new rules, that only apply to SOME.Office staff is on a power trip and speaks very rudely to tenants. They claim to be a pet and kid friendly neighborhood, but this is misleading. Dogs who bark too much are repremanded by the office, kids who play too much are repremanded. Pool is heated to 90 degrees in the summer and NOT heated in the winter. Parking is limited, made to park in the grass at times due to lack of spots, and if you park the wrong direction in the parallel spots they call Jupiter Police in to ticket you! The Playground is in disrepair and the "Walking Path" they claim to have is over grown by trees and weeds. The "updated" gym equipment doesnt work propery and not cleaned very often. The landscape pictures shown on their site are old. The landscape is overgrown and often the lanscapers blow the leaves right into your garage or house! The "valet trash service" they offer is a joke. Trash is hardly picked up when its supposed to be and the dumpsters are always overflowing and attract rodents!Rent goes up $50-100 EVERY YEAR, no matter how long youve been here, and the response to any concerns you may have :"If you dont like it, then move!" Save the money you are going to spend on this UN "luxery" apartment and go somewhere else! read more
