This business is well established and provides great service and repair for Suzuki and Yamaha 4-stroke outboard motors. The owner Justin is very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explore and then explain the condition of our existing outboard and then gave us several options to consider such as numerous repairs, a partial rebuild, or even a motor swap-out with a top-to-bottom rebuilt motor and warranty from his shop. He was not at all pushy and gave us time to consider all our options before proceeding. He is conscientious and tells the truth regardless. We chose to upgrade our outboard to a larger one that he had in the shop. Justin called us regularly to discuss progress on the project with updates during the rebuild process and whenever he discovered additional problems with our boat. One example: our boat did not have a fuel/water separator, which it should have. He also mentioned that some of our instruments were not working at the time. He allowed us (without pressure) to make decisions and continue to be involved. He usually had estimates and options before contacting us and never pushed us at all with up sales. The end project was spot on with our budget and we have an awesome motor that performs much better than our original outboard! We also have a warranty and are almost through our break-in period.
