The instructor absolutely destroyed my daughters nails - irritating the cuticles, leaving her nails raw, infected & oozing with puss. The. went on to out a poly gel on and didn't dry it completely (my daughter even asked bc the cycle had not completed). This caused further irritation & infection bc of the wet polish on top of the open sores. She also has cuts and bruises. We called they were unable to see her for over 24 hours - went to a different salon and they would not work on her bc they did not want to exasperate the infection and irritation. I finally found a reputable salon willing to just take the polish off. That technician was appalled and remarked how serious this could have become quickly. The owner is unwilling to refund. I get to the address he gave me and the director lady tells me he is not there that she thought he would be in another campus giving interviews. I showed he the address he gave me and asked if she could call him to let him know I'm here. She did and no answer. She told me to wait since I was 15 minutes early for my interview and said maybe he's on his way as she looked at me up and down with snobby look on her face. Which was enough for me to have gotten my things and left at that moment. I waited 20 minutes and nothing. No sign of this guy Eduardo I believe. I might have blocked his name from my mind not sure. So since nothing was happening. I called the other location myself and asked for him. They didn't know where he was so i left a message with the receptionist from Hialeah campus. I tried calling him directly and no answer and no reply. I tried texting him and no answer and no reply. I ended up waiting around in total of 45 minutes and left. I was quite upset that I cancelled some appointments for a man that had no concept of being professional. I gave them two days to respond to me and never heard from them again. This Eduardo character never called me to apologize or to reschedule or to anything. So damn rude. And good riddance cuz I could never work for someone like that. Disgusting!!! Unprofessional i am in a school environment? What are you teaching your students? I can't even imagine what kind of example you would be to them with that kind of behavior right off the bat. I have to say they missed an excellent opportunity of having someone with my expertise my professionalism and my resume working at their school. I know about customer service and how to treat others in a professional manner. I know how to do amazing makeup, airbrushing, Bodypainting, special FX, tv video production, and every other kind of makeup you can imagine. I also do hair and styling for makeup artist needs. Henna tattoos, faux realistic tattoos, hair application , scars brushing. You name it I do it. But trust in this. I will never step foot in that place again. Disgusting!

They have mistreated my elderly mother with dementia as well when she asked about some uneven cuts to the back of her bob. We were told, if you don't like it you can come back for someone else to fix it. (Not just fix it now during her appointment.) I advocated for my cut and educator confirmed. I signed the paperwork. The student refused to do what the educator said and was short with me on multiple occasions though I had never met her. Despite me then asking nicely to respectfully please do as we agreed on with the educator, she refused. I asked to speak to the educator again if we can discuss this. It was the fifth time this had come up but she kept pushing it off and was upset she had to do it at the end and learn the technique. The haircut itself was exceptionally slow and took like 2.5H. What in the world?! Their quality has gone down terribly and they don't care whatsoever for their customers.

The teachers were not trained in any products, hands on training or demonstrations. One teacher just sat at her desk drinking coffee during the whole class everyday. The owner of the school is a fake & fraud, all about the money. ,He even would charge extra for supplies for certain classes, when the supplies were supposed to be included. Luckily I studied the techniques and textbook to pass this course because the method of their teaching is not teaching just pay me the money. Scammers. She told me she was my technician, and I followed her in the salon. The salon itself is very pretty with great decor, looked clean & had a coffee/tea maker with complimentary snacks & candies available as well. She asked me what shape & style I like and I told her I like cat eye but like some spikes too but that I wasn't sure if we were able to do that with me only having booked a classic set. She said yes we could. At the end she charged me an extra $15 for it. I do not like the lack of transparency when it comes to pricing. At least let me know beforehand especially when I asked. The set itself is gorgeous but about 8 hours later and my left eye is still a bit tender. Not sure if it's cause I haven't had lashes done in a while but just wanted to note that. It's located in a shopping plaza with lots of parking space.
