Cabinet install began 7wks later. But workmen caused negligent damage, they lost outlet covers and other hardware, and left installation trash. Most importantly, company delayed and delayed finishing job. Our manager and us both contacted company by phone and email multiple times about repairs, replacements, and clean up. We reiterated that time was of the essence, and continued asking for prompt completion. Instead, company ghosted us. Delays in finishing minor job (bathroom and hallway cabinet) resulted in lost rental income, and repair costs. In the end, the company offered to discount about a third of our actual costs from this fiasco. Not worth it.

It took MANY unreturned calls to finally find out who our contact rep was for the project and she was slow to return calls or just texted a brief message. The project was poorly planned and mismanaged and had too many delays to even count. Communication with us and between the staff was incredibly poor. It was stressful and took 3 times longer than it should have.

During the construction of our Gulf-front home in 2020-2021, Marquis installed all kitchen cabinets and vanities. Despite the significant cost, numerous issues arose soon after: misaligned doors and handles, missing electrical work, and even a missing top cabinet piece discovered a year later. Cabinet panels around two Miele refrigerators broke within 18 months. Marquis blamed the appliances, but Miele technicians confirmed both were working properly with no leaks. Marquis refused warranty coverage, insisted the damage was not their responsibility, and even suggested our home's occasional rental use was to blame. In reality, the property was a second home, lightly used only a few weeks per year. I just found this very poor work on the panel under the dishwasher a few weeks ago, which showed their "quality of the work." The quality of materials and workmanship proved poor, and warranty service was marked by excuses rather than accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Marquis Cabinetry. I wish I can post some photos to verify their "quality work."
