The delivery team will come and drop off equipment when you believe that the installation crew is finally coming to install the equipment.  Yes, this has been my experience with Best Buy in Destin. I just don't believe this is how you treat a long term customer that has paid to be part of their special club. Well any customer for that matter.  I told the delivery guys to take the product back where they got it and I will cancel my membership and get a refund on the equipment I purchased from them.
