After listening carefully to my description of the water conditions we face after the recent installation of a saltiness water treatment system that promised clean odor & taste results ... not delivered, he spent 20' reviewing my system needs; outlining the causal elements, the ability of the new system to address them, a model of the most effective system for our well water treatment, & a recommended addition that would cover my concerns. I left the conversation with the knowledge & understanding to address the issues in my system, and immense gratitude for Gary's sincere interest in helping another ... by his 30 years in the business of water treatment and the kind regard for another--all w/o charge.
