And this would be a complete new system for the 20 year old house we just bought and be good for at least 10 years or more. Sometimes you get lucky; I got lucky with advanced pump and well, Frank Bishop. I never used them before, I never heard of them before but Frank Bishop, the owner, picked up the phone while I was not home. How many people do you know would do this? I never spoke to him, and I never met him before. I told him the problem that I was having with my water and he said it sounds like you have a bad pump, I have to go check it out. He called me within the hour and told me that I needed a new pump, new wiring, new pipes, a new bladder tank. Then he gave me the price and I said, do the job! He never met me, in fact, he did not even know if it were my house I was telling him to go work at; just complete trust! Within an hour, he had a crew of three men including himself and they began digging these long 85 foot pipes out of the ground and he took pictures and showed me that they were completely rotten. He could have told me that they needed to dig another hole that some of the pipes broke off, but he didn't do it... He didn't try to get another thousand dollars out of me. He got the pipes out of the ground, despite the fact that they were horribly brittle continued to do the job without any money down, and he was done in about 3 1/2 hours. He sent me pictures in a video when he was done and told me to have a good day. He did not get paid for two days. How many companies do you think have the ability to do that? It shows that they are not living from check to check, that they have an available crew, that they have the resources to serve you. I am in business myself and I can tell you that this is the guy you want to call when your water is not coming out of your Faucets. Don't think you're going to get a better deal by saving $300 by some other guy who doesn't have a business history in the community, and then you can't find them after you have an issue with their work? Go with Frank Bishop, please, take my word for it.

Lightning in Florida! You just learn to live with it in this part of the world…read more This April we had one of those thunder and lightning shows that keeps you inside, and hopefully safe. BOOM! with a bright red flash of light right outside my bedroom window! I jumped straight up and out of bed when our home was struck during this storm. Doing my recon thing, checking for damages, I soon realized the extent of this fiery bolt. One TV out, some outdoor lighting, a GFCI circuit plus our well pump! Bad enough to not have water in the house, but now there's no water in the barn or for the horses. Geez! I've had bad experiences with a few well companies in Hernando previously, so I was looking for someone new as I did my Google search. Something felt right when I called Boyette. Danny answered the phone and was real pleasant. I explained the situation and also that we are selling this farm and we didn't want to sink a lot of money into any repairs, hopefully. I went on to say that I normally handle the maintenance. I told Danny that I found the cover to the control box blown off and one relay and one thermal overload protector were blown. I was hoping to find a place to purchase those parts and replace them myself. Now, most companies would have stopped me right there and insisted they come out on a service call and do the repairs. That's cool most of the time, but sometimes they need to understand the customer's real capabilities and situation. Danny understood completely! He said he had those parts and if I'd like I could come to his place and buy them. Long story short, I met Danny at his place, bought the parts at a very fair price, went home and installed them and we have running water again! I enjoyed meeting and talking with Danny.
