The question being asked is: "What do I recommend about Montgomery Plumbing, Inc." The answer is "everything!!" We had a leak in our hot water heater and I did a Google search for one in our area. This is the ONLY company that got a 5 star rating and no I didn't just take that because I read the actual reviews. I immediately called and spoke to Tyler who told me that someone would be here the next day at 8:30 am and Hunter came as promised. He was respectful, knowledgeable and showed us what the issue was and explained what he was doing every step of the way and why. I was told it would take no more than one hour based on the information I provided. Although the issue was a bit more complicated than we realized once Hunter determined the actual cause and location. To say it's a tight fit to get access to, I'm not exaggerating! Even though it was a bit more complex, he finished in just under the one hour as well as only slightly above the estimate which was based on a simple fix, which it turned out not to be. We could use our debit card, which was a definite plus. As if this wasn't enough to highly recommend this 5 star company, Tyler called the very next day and my first thought was that the card declined because I gave incorrect information. However, he was following up with us to make sure we were satisfied with both Hunter's professional and work he performed. I have NEVER had a company do a follow up, hence my first thought and I said that to Tyler. I went on to say that I was definitely going to do a review so I could assist others when making a decision on a plumbing company that they need. Word of mouth is the best way to get information and I say that all the time. Kudos to this company and their team for making this experience the best I've had doing business with anyone. If you don't choose Montgomery Plumbing for all your plumbing related issues, you'll regret it and might have to call them to properly fix the shoddy job that the company that was called performed. I thought I had a broken waste line under my slab (tiles had "tented" in my kitchen). I called Montgomery Plumbing to evaluate and possibly use a camera to check for a broken waste line. Tyler Montgomery responded quickly to evaluate my situation and informed me that my floor had "tented" due to heavy rains and cold temperatures creating stress on my slab and floor tiles. Another words, I did not have a plumbing problem. This is an honest plumber who will be my go to contractor for any plumbing issues that I have in the future. May I say, we are so impressed with Tyler Montgomery. We noticed a leak in our ceiling yesterday Saturday) at 11:45 a.m. Being from CT we did not know who to call. I searched the web and found this young man.He came out Saturday afternoon after working all day and assessed the problem. Shut our water supply off so it would no longer leak and said he would return the next morning to fix the leak. And he did! Personable, efficient and reasonable! And on a weekend! We requested an estimate. The owner, Tyler, came the very next day. We were inquiring about a sink and faucet upgrade. Tyler was on time, professional, friendly and so knowledgeable!! We showed him the sink and faucet we wanted to order (from Amazon) he gave his approval. They arrived on a Friday. He installed that very next Tuesday (today). Got into a DIY jam when I pulled up the toilet to see why one of the hold down bolts would spin and not tighten down. This all started when the wife wanted caps on the bolts, but they were too long. What I found was the toilet flange was broken and in need of replacement, which was beyond my DIY knowledge.
