VERY DISAPPOINTING IN DEED------…read more It was very dirty The nurse was not friendly at all The receptionist was more concerned with getting my mom to change her primary to this office (RED FLAG) The doctor didn't wear gloves - but stated that he didn't see anything wrong with her foot but she should get an xray The doctor wrapped my moms foot so tight that when we took her to get her xray they couldn't believe how much it had swelled in such a short time (10 minutes) When we left the doctor made sure that I had the Request to our Patients (change form) and How to leave a Review--NOT what to do with my mom going forward how to check with them about her foot - to see her current primary care doctor--nothing about her current situation??? I called that week on Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday to receive my mom's office notes to give to the nurses where she lives (it's required)--the receptionist told me every single day that the notes were not available as of yet?? What - then on Friday she stated that the doctor was out of the office for the July 4th weekend? REALLY? I followed up on the next Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday and still they were NOT ready? REALLY? So, mom called and the receptionist stated that she needed something for her facility that day.....The receptionist stated that she could send over the xray but she had NO OFFICE NOTES AS OF YET? We tried their portal and it didn't work? Just sayin' --BE CAREFUL OUT THERE!!

This Dr diaz is a joke he told my dad he had seven months to live then said he told him seven…read moremonths with treatment which is never what he told anyone. Then says he doesn't recommend treatment. The worst part is my dad ask for a referral to one of the top cancer centers in Florida dr diaz denied the referral because he doesn't like Moffitt. His receptionist are liars told me that moffitt didn't take my dad's insurance another lie I guess lying to keep their jobs. Ugh then tried to get another referral was told Dr diaz said my dad wanted hospice instead none of this was true. This Dr sent hospice and priests out to my dad's while refusing to give referrals for second opinion. I'd like to know what kind of Dr won't try help a patient possibly love longer? So all the stress anxiety lies to our family I believe this Dr is covering something up not to mention his lying staff so we have a lawyer already that took his case and thank God we found a better Dr for him to see and get a referral. He just gave me dad pills knowing what he's going through after possible diagnosis of gbm. Him and his staff will be sued not to mention the pain and suffering he's put everyone through and didn't bother to even try to help my 72 year old dad. The saga continues. So today, I open the mail and find a "final statement." I have not only…read moreremitted payment, but also have the receipt. Just to be doubly sure, I checked my bank statement, and the transaction cleared. So this final notice, and continued assault on my time is less than appreciated. I need someone from billing to contact me, and for this issue to be resolved. The care I received was abysmal. The diagnosis, inaccurate. And now, I am going back and forth over a bill that I already paid. No one answers the billing number, and when you call the direct line all you get are people saying "I can't help with that, let me get you to billing." What a sham.

Once I was there and they refused to treat me, because I was taking pictures of the Christmas tree decorations, non recording, took me back to a room where the guy came and took temp, NO DR., NO NURSE ,NO practioner saw me, just the temperature and oxygen finger test guy, no evaluation, then came in and told me to leave. NO TREATMENT NO DR. Then they bill my insurance for the cost. Husband went in for covid test, all fine, he paid and was coming back in another week to 2 weeks. He went in and said was here for covid check up test. Was told they do not do follow -up test. Then again, he was charged on his insurance,. We did not report, as thought I would go back if needed, which I did months later, and was evaluated , treated and all was fine. I paid and left. Now a year later, I go in and this Doug person with the personality of a plant, tells me to leave, because of the Christmas picture incident, he says I need to leave, a nobody who thinkis he is somebody ,obviously uneducated, I had been there twice since then without incident. Was treated. Had saved those charges to insurance company, and now will submit the fraud to the insurance company. Meanwhile have found 7 other people in Wellington Seven Hills, whom they did the same thing to, and tomorrow we go to other house in Seven Hills previous golf course, that we rent out and find others in there they have done this to. It's hit or miss, folks so take your chance, even though much better ones in area. The question I am trying to get answered and can not, is that I asked yesterday why one who claims to be a front desk manager, is why I was treated 6 months after the Dec Christmas picture taking, with no incident and given prescriptions, and then a year later said leave.
