I simply wanted to find out when the repair would be finalized. Initially they said it might take up to two weeks. It's already been two weeks, and now they told me it might take up to three weeks, for a repair. I called them three days ago and they informed me that they will repair it that day. It's good to note that the repair on one of the mowers is for a line that they just installed and it started leaking after one use. I really did not appreciate the service experience. The owner should do a better job at training his employees in proper client service etiquette, especially for long time clients.

Ultimately, he assured me that if I brought the tractor back to him, he would either repair it, exchange it, or buy it back. I arranged to have the tractor delivered to him, and within a week, it was returned to me in perfect working condition. Based on the receipts I reviewed, the repair was certainly not inexpensive. Nevertheless, he stayed true to his word, and I can't praise East Coast Equipment enough for their commitment to excellent service. He is a blatant liar and will never do honest business. He has changed his Corporate name twice in 2 years to avoid trouble. He will eventually get caught or just continue to screw over people. I've lost out in so many ways the cost of repairs and loss or rental cost and paint for unit delivery is well over 8k. He has yet to cover the agreed $1100 for firstceeek rental after lying about gas tank being cracked. Then after using unit for a month he said he would cover payment of $535 once again another blatant lie. Oh and when he said he would send the money back and we have him the option he lied about wiring it back... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. Asked to have both repaired.Had to wait four weeks before it was ready for pickup.During my first time using it,the turn off switch,still wasn't working.when I called about it ,and asked them if they turned on the weed wacker before they gave it back,his reply was that for that repair ,turn on the equipment was not necessary. Really?? The repair shop I used to go to ,way back when,used to start every repair ,right in front of me.The last time I brought back my Husqvana ,again with a broken throttle switch.They said 4 weeks.I waited 5,to call them,since they did not call me.I asked what was going on with my weed wacker,he replied,oh yeah,not repairable.What??? He said the engine seized,no oil in the gas.I have been cutting lawns for a little extra money for 15 years,I would think I wouldn't make that mistake.But lets just say I did,the engine was working properly,when I brought it in,the switch broke as I was using it.Not sure I will be back.Abel repair does not take my equipment anymore,unless they sell the product.Unless your a licensed contractor,be prepared to wait 4 or 5 weeks to get your weed wacker fixed,lawnmower longer.
