Then on a Saturday morning they would randomly call wanting to come over when I had company. It went on for three weeks before I finally had a company that does nothing but sealing do it. Also, the pavers are sinking, are uneven and have caused a tripping hazard. That has nothing to do with sealing. The flagpole would not stay up in any weather. the four pieces would fall in on themselves, so I was left with one three foot flagpole. Multiple people tried to fix it. I finally just pulled it out of the ground with one hand. I do appreciate you getting in touch and trying to fix this, but with such a history of so many things being done wrong, done poorly, or not done, it seems foolish to continue - I simply have no confidence it would ever be done right, so I will take responsibility for fixing it.

You will need to be present for all of their work. They WILL cut corners if you're not hawk eyed correcting what they are doing. They will also overcharge for "dumping" and removing a root my wife already mostly removed. They were never authorized to remove the root for $475 when my landscaper said it should only cost $200, I only asked how much they would charge IF my landscaper couldn't do it, I never gave them the final OK, they just ASSUMED. Also EMILIO will charge you for a tiny bit extra concrete, they say it was 2 yards, I know for a fact CEMEX didn't charge them for an extra 2 yards.. EMILIO is rarely on site and doesn't understand that drawings can be wrong, the driveway has to lineup with the joints or it looks stupid, and the curve should look right (not according to a stupid plan) but they don't really care, it's not their driveway... anyway. 2 stars for at least completing the job on time, mostly to spec after many corrections. don't believe anything they respond here.
