The owner himself came out initially rather than a salesperson. Phil is a great guy, someone you want to do business with. Save yourself some money and get the job done right. I was impressed with the selection of quality turf material he offered me. I went with a two tone green with some realistic looking brownish thatch at the bottom. The finished look is a great improvement to my backyard pool area. I'm very picky and somewhat of a perfectionist. The sub-base they installed was flat with no humps and graded perfectly. It was amazing how they went right up to my existing curved landscape edging flawlessly. The seams were minimized and virtually invisible. The over 400 square foot job was completed in one day with his crew of talented installers. I am extremely happy with the pet turf he installed. My dog loves his new play area. It was always a problem area to mow and fertilize. The grass was never great no matter how much sod I put down. Than when I mow the lawn the grass gets in the pool. Also I always had nightmares that the mower would fall in, just one bad turn. So hubby and I researched this forever. We sent away for swatches and that gets you even more confused how am I an expert on what to put there. Also I physically do not see me doing this. Next , this past Labor Day weekend we went to the Home Show at the Broward Convention Center. There is where we found the artificial grass suppliers. So I take all there information until I am ready to pull the trigger. After the Christmas holidays I thought what a great way to start the year with my yard looking shiny and new. I call all the different suppliers including ones I found on Yelp. It was typical South Florida I'll get back to you. Except Turf Doctor he came out right when my schedule was open. Tony Piteo came early even was ready to go by measuring taking pictures and most of all listening. He got the job than and there. He scheduled me after the new year and it is now done. Very happy with the results and will definitely re-review if anything changes on the service.

Very clean and it's been 2+ months and still just as good as the day it was installed. We contemplated on re-sodding the side yard but after our friends used this company for their backyard, we were sold ! They have 3 levels of synthetic product. For the play area side we chose the middle one and for the other side of the house we chose the lower end as it is just AC unit. Both look and feel great and have a nice quality. Not too prickly/hard and has a soft touch so you can easily walk or play barefoot. Easy to clean with taking a hose to wash off and even if something is sitting on the turf for awhile, once removed, the turf pops back to its original fluff. If you ever wanted to have a pristine, upscale, polished look on your property - and ya don't wanna do the work to get that - this is your answer. We have a garden in our backyard. We got rid of the grass and planted perennial peanut ground cover a few years ago. Everything was going great until the weeds started to come through the ground cover. Something came up that my body was allergic to and I got red welts like I never saw before. I saw a dermatologist because it was so bad and he just told me that it was a contact dermatitis and gave me generic cream. So I couldn't weed anymore and my husband wound up weeding all the time. That was not the way we wanted to live. So, we selected a very life-like turf that has holes in the bottom and silica (sand) under and on top of the turf. And the compliment to the product (that has a 15 year warranty) is the FANTASTIC way the installers did their job (that has a 2 year warranty - Hi Lazaro & crew!!!!!!). They put turf around pipes and the curves of the raised beds! Wow - we just LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys. Yvette, our salesperson knew her stuff and had a wealth of samples - which helped us make a selection and buy the turf quickly, with confidence about our choice. Yvette knew her stuff without having to check brochures or make phone calls. She just helped us feel great about our purchase. Vanessa, the Assistant Project Manager, emailed and called me to keep me in the know. I wish every company worked so smoothly. In ONE DAY we went from a weedy backyard to a freaken beautiful space. Of course our dog thinks its too nice to use - she's enjoying our pavers as her bathroom, which will stop via leashed walks in our backyard! (NOTE: It took our pug only 1 day to go on the turf - unleashed!) Freaken beautiful space. Look at the pics and you tell me. Those plumeria trees that we grew from seed have breathing room.
