I live in Vegas, but got to Cape Coral for a vacation at our friends' house. Two days later, we come back home from the beach and our house was flooded! Apparently the bathroom over flooded and the entire house was filled with water... We called "Florida Dry". Tony and Simon arrived shortly. They were super nice, professional and gave us the feeling that it's not so bad, and will be taken care of soon. I wrote a review earlier but for some reason it didn't post. Anyway - I just wanted to write that in my opinion and our experience, Florida Dry is an A1 excellent company to work with! Completely professional, easy to work with, thorough & knowledgeable. We had a sink leak in the bathroom-into the first floor. Tony and he's crew came immediately. His work was impeccable and his explanations always clear. They covered everything & even helped us to move items from the kitchen and removed all the wet damaged materials and dried everything bone dry. This is the second time I have used Florida Dry. The first was when I walked into a very bad flooded home after a month of being away. Simone came right away and worked out a plan for the situation. Within a couple of hours he had a crew in my home removing all the damage. It was amazing....within a few hours he had a number of dryers, dehumidifiers and air cleaners drying out my house. His quick response and knowledge of a disaster situation like this helped me save thousands of dollars in replacement and repair's. After the house was completely dry he sent his son Tony into action. Tony and his cleaning crew painstakingly cleaned and decontaminated the areas that were affected by the water damage. within a week the house was ready to be put back together and today it is better than ever. Simone, Tony and the whole Florida Dry Team has become my go to resource when a home disaster hits. My second time I used Simone, Tony and the Team was this past January on my sisters condo. I checked on my sisters condo in January and due to an air conditioner failure her condo had become a breeding ground for mold that quickly spread thru-out the condo. My first call was not to my sister but to to Florida Dry. Within an hour Tony was at the condo and he had all the equipment in his truck to start the painstaking cleaning and remediation. We had a leaky washer and it caused some damage to our floors and dry walls surrounding the mud room. It went unnoticed for about 16 hours. We didn't know who to call so we did what everyone else does and asked our friend on Facebook. We had multiple recommendations, however we chose Florida Dry being that it's a small family owned business. We called them up and with an hour or so they arrived. I believe it was the owners son Toni. He took a few minutes and assess the situation and noticed that my water was still running So he quickly shut off my main until the root cause was found. (It was a leaky flex pipe that was feeding he washer) . While we discussed what he would do. He had one of his team members plug in a commercial water vac to get the surface water out while he provided us with the plan and pricing information. Toni was very pleasant not pushy at all and anticipated that no walls will need to get ripped out. We were very pleased with their work and within a few blowing fan days ;) and multiple visits by the team to ensure all is well ,our walls and floors were back to normal with only one floor panel and 4 foot base board panel replaced. Since we have little ones. A few weeks later we hired a independent mold inspector, just to be sure. And we got a clean bill of health. NO Mold. Dry as Can be. Florida dry water restoration We had just finished decorating our brand hew home and went to beach and left water on in laundry sink( with stopper in) for hours. Flooded house over three inches. My girlfriend called Florida dry from googling it. Simon was here within 10 minutes and Tony was right behind him. They immediately reassured me that this was not the end of the world and I was in good hands. They were so kind and took charge right away! I was in terrible shock! They got water right up. Had numerous fans and humidifiers going within two hours. They were here over five hours and worked diligently as well as keeping me calm. They followed up with every detail. Working with insurance company and handling all repairs. Within three weeks our home was back to good as new. This family owned company held my hand through the whole process.
