Our insurance company contacted FireService on May 9, 2025, the same day they began mold remediation in our Florida villa. Their swift action began a process that was completed six months later on November 7, 2025. During this six month period of time, our tile and carpet were replaced, our kitchen island rebuilt and walls and molding repainted; all in our absence. Fortunately, communication was very thorough between us, our insurance company and FireService. Upon our return to Florida, we were told the work was done, which it was. However, multiple items had to be touched up and looked at again, which was dependent on our observation. During this "touch up" month, FireService was very cooperative and wiling to bend over backwards to please us and for this we were grateful. From beginning to end, we were more than satisfied with the attention FireService gave to us. Our villa is now up and operational and looking clean and neat, just as they had promised. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of using Fireservice for a major leak in our master bathroom. They were referred by our insurance company. They were terrific when they started, but as the job went on they became sloppy and rude. Their project manager, Chris, is extremely arrogant. In the end I had to bring in others to do the finish work on my cabinets. I wish the story ended here. Six and a half years later, now, I have wood termites in the cabinets they installed. Wood termites are in the wood when installed, and take between 3-8 years to become evident. Against my better judgement I called Fireservice and met with Chris today. He just stopped short of calling me a liar, stating that termites come from the ground and he never heard of anything like this before. He will "check with his boss", but I know where this is going. They are the disaster that should be cleaned up. read more

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!!! This company was recommended by our Homeowner's Insurance, also........what a big mistake, and this will be reported to them as well. If we weren't OVERCHARGED, DOUBLECHARGED, or CHARGED FOR SERVICES/REPAIRS WE REFUSED, we were challenged during MULTIPLE "meetings" with Project Managers (they lost a few, and we were assigned rookies!!) Tanya, an office employee tells us ONE thing, then the project manager tells us something altogether different. Nobody on the same page there! We put a STOP WORK on the house fire project when the painter started all other rooms, BEFORE the main fire room was still charred out !! After a YEAR +++ of absolute confusion and disagreements, we were DONE with the company. Oh, and if you DO stick with them, don't let Clearview do your windows and doors-------THEY MIGHT "forget" if they ever got a deposit, or they MIGHT be THE WRONG COLOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So very dissatisfied with this company's ethics. They were called by the condo HOA due to a water overflow issue from the floor above - thus we had no option in the choosing of which company would be used for this service. From day one, they have been deceitful and not forthcoming with the cost of repairs, etc. They have "padded" their charges in every way possible. Example: included charges for one hour of "content manipulation" for a hallway with nothing in it - not even a single picture on the wall! Content manipulation is "moving the furniture and items that need to be moved in order to perform the work" - Absurd. HOA has partial responsibility so this company is their choice. I do NOT recommend this company and will never use them again if I can avoid it. read more

Fire Service came to my parents manufactured home when I called them concerning mold and mildew buildup. After they charged me $10,000 to clean up the inside they left the water on running under the kitchen sink. They told me they had to turn it on for the two week cleanup. However, when they left back in September they left the water turned on and it caused a new leak under my kitchen sink and floor and now it's costing me another $5,000 to get that cleaned up and they will not stand behind their workmanship. Their integrity is awful I'm very disappointed in their service and the fact that they won't follow up and fix THEIR mistake. read more

No company should be in business that tries to try and rip off seniors. Had a bid from them for over $20,000. The next few companies all came in around $8,000-$9,400. FOR THE EXACT SAME THING. This company should not be in business. Do not trust them. read more

Yikes! This company came highly recommended to me. My first water damage claim, a little bit of mold behind back of sink under faucet. They ripped out two cabinets, the sink and faucet and granite, they cordoned off the entire kitchen and ran a fan for 11 days instead of 4. (Imagine jumbo jet twin engine kind of noise level). Then they dropped the ball on actually ordering the new cabinets, after they received a 50% deposit they assured me the cabinets were ordered. Every week I checked on the progress and called and received polite email responses that they were still being worked on. Well, two and half months later, come to find out, that not only were the cabinets not finished, they had not even started making them yet! Two and a half months and still no functional kitchen. I told them yesterday, money back please! They did just drop off the old damaged cabinets (now that was quick) and now i am waiting for the check. Eek!!! And now i need to find reliable people to put in two cabinets, my sink and faucet before Christmas. read more
