We thought the mold might be limited to a small area but, once the walls were open, we found out the mold was extensive. Rhino took care of removing all of the contaminated drywall and alerted us to the root of the problem (an old air handler). They also gave us a quote for a smaller amount of wall to be removed and they did not raise the price even though their techs worked several more hours to make sure all mold was removed. They then came back to install new drywall and we thereafter got a new air handler to alleviate future issues. We were also able to finally able to get this property on the market.
