FF&SS installed a 12 channel system on my home 4 years ago. I had my roof replaced last year, while I was traveling in South America. One of the guys working on my roof, dinged a camera feed. Dom replaced it, no questions, no problem. Great people to work with *****. read more

Approximately 10 years ago I had Florida Fire & Security Systems in PSL install a security system that I couldn't be happier with. Last month I decided to update my system and as fussy old NYPD retired Police Lieutenant I wanted it done right so naturally I called them back again. Well I am once again so happy dealing with Danielle and her amazing talented husband Dominick. The newer cameras are so many more advanced I I can now view any activity on my 65 inch TV screen. I reached out to this company, as a new business tenant because they were the company the prior tenant had used for several years. Danielle was amazing! She was so helpful and was able to get us scheduled quickly for an evaluation & got us monitored within just a couple days. Florida Fire & Security Solutions is an amazing company. From the time I picked up the phone and called this company, an amazing caring Danielle assured me that everything in my building was going to be taken care of. While other companies I called before this one, took 3 days to answer me, and another never returned my call. Danielle asked me all the information and within 10 minutes called me back with an appointment a quote and a date to pass fire inspection. I can not be more grateful to Danielle and Dominic and Joseph. They made me feel at ease and were constantly asking if I needed anything to call them. They even helped me with things unrelated with their company. The Fire Inspector for Stuart asked me what my fire company was because they immediately did all the requirements the city needed and was very impressed at the diligent and professionalism. I couldn't be any happier right now with the entire installation process! Every aspect of my installation was perfect- from the very beginning when I was seeking information regarding installation of two big screen TVs on my walls (hiding all wires, router, & DVR) to the finished result. Danielle responded promptly, providing a quote, & her professional suggestions. The technicians were also phenomenal! They arrived promptly wearing masks and were very enthusiastic & confident in their abilities. Everything looks GREAT! The pricing for what I needed , did fit my budget , without sacrificing quality. He came back and installed cameras and everything. I have an app where I can keep an eye on my home. This company is not only a total ripoff, gouging customers with higher prices during the pandemic to take advantage of a terrible situation, they are rude and selfish people! Dominic, the owner/installer, is a real scoundrel; he rigged our alarm to malfunction so he could charge our poor family another service fee. They went after a friend of ours with a team of lawyers when they were two months late on the useless monitoring system they use- their alarm monitoring station was so late in responding to a burglary that we lost everything of value! Stay far away from these crooks! read more

Okay. Mea Culpa...I originally gave Florida Fire & Security Solutions a 3 star review for an installation done several years ago. There was a misunderstanding on my part that resulted in that review which was just explained to me. Had I fully understood the situation and what was required, I would have happily given them a 5 star review. And that is what I will do now.
