Our time for check in was Friday at 4:00pm and check out was Monday at 11:00am. I set delivery for after 4:00 on Friday and pick up for before 11:00am on Sunday. Thursday I receive a text stating they would deliver between 11am and 1pm and pick up on Sunday at 11am. I called and said we could not accept delivery until after 4pm. I was told they couldn't do anything to change it. I had to camp out on the front porch of the venue waiting for them. They never showed. Finally about 5:00pm the guy showed up! Chairs and tables were dirty. Chair legs were all rusted and some of the tables needed WD40 just to get open. So unacceptable. Sunday, we cleaned and prepared for the 11:00am pick up. Again, they were a no-show. I called and left messages to contact me, which were never acknowledged. Monday, we had to be out by 11:00am and again they were a no-show. I again called and was told they were on the way. It was another 3 hours (or more) before they picked up. We were long gone and just left everything at the venue. I never got an apology, an offer for refunded compensation; just excuses that the tables must have been taken from their "dirty table" location. And I gave these people a tip when I first paid for the rental!! Such a waste of money. I highly recommend you find someone else for your rentals. This place is a waste of time and money.
