They seemed to be go getters and they were very responsive. I actually went with them over other higher priced companies, simply because I was impressed with how they presented themselves. Unfortunately though, even though the guys were well qualified painters, our experience turned sour as time went on. After finishing the interior on job site # 1 in a reasonable amount of time, they skipped the patio roof there and started on the exterior at job site # 2. The exterior at job 2 took much longer than expected. To be fair, weather and their company's Covid complications did play a part in the delays. But on the other hand there were also days where there was a 'chance of rain' that turned out to be nothing and no work was done. There were also a few no show days, where no work was done for no particular reason. These lost days totally sucked. As the job site sat inactive, our house was all wrapped up in opaque plastic to protect the windows. We literally couldn't see anything outside. As the days dragged on and on with no progress, this became pretty irritating. Anyway, they finally got some traction and the exterior at job 2 was eventually finished. At that time, the plan was for them to head back over to job 1 and finish the patio roof. I checked in multiple times over the next few days to see what was going on, but they never started. In fact, they missed multiple promised dates for completion and all I got was excuses. After a while I just gave up. Florida Painting and Design abandoned us and the work we agreed on and they didn't appear to care. For a job that cost over $8000 total, to say that I am disappointed in how this came to a close is an understatement. Overall 3 stars. They undoubtedly do quality painting, however I actually wouldn't recommend them because of the unfinished job, missed deadlines, and lack of communication towards the end of our project.

They couldn't even throw some plastic cover over shades to protect them?? - Had to twist their arm to prep front window since peeling paint left the surface uneven. Bro: if it was just about applying paint, I can do that. The prep is the hard stuff I hired you to do. Apparently, they have numerous crews with different quality. So you never know how good a job you get. But you still pay top dollar for possibly mediocre work.

We've known this gentleman for many years and he has always been dedicated to living the American dream and raising a Family and he has succeeded at both. The most recent job his company did for us was a 2,000 + sq ft residence. Staff members came (actually early which was great) to start prepping the walls. He came with the paint and more painters. And in less than three days they transformed our home perfectly. When I say perfectly I mean this. Straight lines with no paint on the ceiling or trim. No runs drip nor drops. Their skill is high and hands are steady, they don't need blue tape. In my pictures you will see I have curved walls, European style, which requires tape when you are changing color from the main room to the hall, so you will see it. Utilization of quality paint so coverage is good, no bleed through and, in our case we selected eggshell, and it looks awesome. The painters work well together, they are fast, clean, there was no mess ever, and that in-and-of-itself is good training and manners, & we were impressed. We were asked a couple of times to double check everything as they went along and I like that, bc if I did see any thing it could be addressed while there was a paint can still open, rather than being asked if everything is okay as they were pulling out of the driveway. That's not how they work, because they care. They are quite and out of your way but if you need something they drop what they are doing and help, then go right back to work. Never, ever did I see one person stop to check their phone . They worked constantly except for a lunch break and they let us know they were going and came back faster than excepted. Theses are no slouches, these are workers, and great ones at that. It comes from good leadership. The end result is our walls, doors, trim and baseboards are in perfect and condition looking beautiful. I will always call this company and of course, highly recommend that you call too.

They built a wall with insulation to help protect my clients' privacy, patient privacy and installed a window so I can still feel united with my team even when on conference calls. He was able to match the color of the rest of the office despite the fact that I had no idea the original brand or name that existed. The paint looks fresh and smooth, and he touched up other places in our space as a courtesy. The job was estimated to take up to 5 business days but Adam and Justin quickly and efficiently completed the tasks in 3 1/2 days. They left the place clean and sanitized everything for us which was pretty great as my team returned. Had Value come in to give us a quote for painting once we completed our remodel as well as an additional piece of work - removing mirror off of a wall in the living room. We were given a quote of $800 which seemed high but were told it could take up to 2 days to complete the job. Since we knew they would have to bring in equipment to complete the job safely and not knowing what the removal would entail, we accepted the quote. This morning 2 workers arrived with a single ladder and completed the work in just over 3 hours, however, since they had to dispose of the glass we'll add an additional hour for taking it to wherever they take their debris. We called Value to discuss some sort of reduction on the quote and were met with a zillion reasons why they should get $800 dollars for 4 hours for two men and a ladder. They were not concerned at all with the fact that we were very upset knowing we had been extremely overcharged for the job. One could understand that the estimator thought that it would take longer so when presented with the fact that it was much easier than expected they would immediately adjust the bill accordingly--but no. This review is strictly against the Management/Customer Service of the company. The workers that came today were polite, friendly and worked cleanly, however, we could never recommend or engage a company that thinks so little of its customers.
