We were fortunate in that they found a commercial team who were in between jobs (they normally just do business facilities) to do the work. The team worked quickly and efficiently and were done within two days. Where we had issues, they were responsive and came back and finished everything off properly. Joe Dismuke was on premises to supervise the work. We were highly satisfied with the quality of the work--very clean and smooth surfaces coving all the cracks that had developed between the cement blocks over the decades. Also the cleanup was good, which you don't normally get with South Florida contractors. Then the painting team came in and painted the entire exterior. They did a good job. We would have preferred a little more taping of the open electrical connections and more use of tarps around the pool pump/heater, air conditioner and shrubbery around the house. (Lesson learned, micro manage them a bit more.) But Joe gave direction to them about the shrubbery in advance and they took reasonable care and not too bad on the cleanup. The team had an English speaking foreman but the crew only spoke Spanish. Again, Joe was on premises checking in from time to time to make sure everything was going well. We weren't happy with a color they chose for a cement patio, and they came back and repainted. There were a few other touch up items and they came back and fixed every issue. The exterior paint was a high quality Sherwin Williams latex, which they sprayed on. Regarding cost, we felt the job was competitively priced compared to other quotes and had good oversight for quality control. This is really hard to find in South Florida. Of course you can always find something cheaper but you get what you pay for. With this company it's a fair price for a job well done. Bottom line, we will absolutely use them again.

They then painted over the holes where the screws to a hurricane shutters go. Next they painted the ceiling of our patio green instead of white and got paint on the pool patio screens. This company promised to paint our driveway and garage floor, even after being asked about proper preparation, they assured us they knew what they were doing and we now cannot use our driveway or a garage floor without pulling the paint up with our tires. The contract included "REMOVING ALL HARDWARE" and using BM paint for the flat on the walls. He did the work early June 2026 in my newly remodeled 900 sq ft apt. He failed to use the BM paint I paid extra for (he would not provide a receipt for the paint after numerous requests), failed to remove hardware, failed to paint the closets, failed to paint my kitchen in semi gloss, failed to properly prep new construction... He did do a great job of getting paint on my new appliances and freshly refinished floors. I gave him the opportunity to fix his mistakes and he did return and he made a poor attempt to clean up the mess he created.

We've known this gentleman for many years and he has always been dedicated to living the American dream and raising a Family and he has succeeded at both. The most recent job his company did for us was a 2,000 + sq ft residence. Staff members came (actually early which was great) to start prepping the walls. He came with the paint and more painters. And in less than three days they transformed our home perfectly. When I say perfectly I mean this. Straight lines with no paint on the ceiling or trim. No runs drip nor drops. Their skill is high and hands are steady, they don't need blue tape. In my pictures you will see I have curved walls, European style, which requires tape when you are changing color from the main room to the hall, so you will see it. Utilization of quality paint so coverage is good, no bleed through and, in our case we selected eggshell, and it looks awesome. The painters work well together, they are fast, clean, there was no mess ever, and that in-and-of-itself is good training and manners, & we were impressed. We were asked a couple of times to double check everything as they went along and I like that, bc if I did see any thing it could be addressed while there was a paint can still open, rather than being asked if everything is okay as they were pulling out of the driveway. That's not how they work, because they care. They are quite and out of your way but if you need something they drop what they are doing and help, then go right back to work. Never, ever did I see one person stop to check their phone . They worked constantly except for a lunch break and they let us know they were going and came back faster than excepted. Theses are no slouches, these are workers, and great ones at that. It comes from good leadership. The end result is our walls, doors, trim and baseboards are in perfect and condition looking beautiful. I will always call this company and of course, highly recommend that you call too.
