Example: I scheduled a tele-heath session with my physician and the office staff as well as their answering service told me I should be receiving a link to the telehealth session close to the scheduled time. No link was sent whatsoever. Of course, I missed the actual phone call from the physician. To this day, I'm still puzzled by what the actual process is to do a telehealth session. I haven't had a primary care physician in years, I thought I was in good shape, but because of an upcoming cataract procedure I needed a release form. I've always trusted Baptist Health and I got an immediate appointment....which should have been the first indication that something was wrong. I was also admitted almost immediately when I arrived....another indication that something is wrong with physicians in Deerfield Beach. If a doctor is good, you have to wait to get in. She seemed kind and competent during the exam, listened and nodded. Forgot to tell me they needed to take blood so I'd eaten. So had to make a second appointment to come back for the lab work. Then nothing. I had given them my forms to fill out for the procedure, but my ophthalmologist never got them, so they had to call to get the forms faxes. Strike 2. Never got my lab results, no follow up, I finally called and was told the doctor was on vacation. Never heard back. While I was on the phone, the stuttering PA read a bunch of gibberish to me that made no sense. I was still very nervous about the a-fib episodes I'd had that I told "the doctor" about. So I booked an appointment with Twin Lakes Heart Center in Boca (that's for another review, but let me say here that Dr. Andrea McGone is THE BEST) to find out what was going on. That was the only good thing that came out of this episode in my life...to go somewhere else to get good treatment. I hoped this helps you save time and misery...she billed over $800 to my insurance company, but I'm not sure she even bothered to look at the results of the lab work she ordered.

The nurse Alaina & Gaelle, who I believe is an assistant know my dad by name and could not be more friendly or kind. Alaina, is very professional and so respectful of my dad. Dr. Alley makes my father (and me) feel like he is the only patient in the office. He explains medical information in "patient-friendly" language. So are patients sometimes waiting an inordinate amount of time for their appointment? The answer is yes. Should that affect the 5 star rating I've given Dr Alley and his staff? Absolutely Not! Before Dr. Alley treated my mother, I was was one of the many "unhappy patients" when a doctor or dentist made me wait a lengthy amount of time in the waiting area. But after the amount of time he doles out in treating his patients, I will never make that complaint again. So if you are in that office waiting, please don't take it out on Linda, the receptionist. Just know you are in the best hands of the best physician and staff, ever!

He has been my father's cardiologist for the past couple of months and we are beyond pleased with him. He is very through with all of his patients and spends a great deal of time explaining, listening, and being present with his patients. I didn't realize doctors like him existed anymore! At the end of each visit with my dad, he makes sure we understand the plan of care and we are in agreement. His office staff are very pleasant and a good representation of the practice he runs. I made a the blood test this week. 3 days later, they called us to say that the 3 blood tests are inconclusive. This is not possible to have 3 inconclusive blood tests, I talked with the manager who said that QUEST made the mistake. After a few minutes, I asked a refund and she said finally that only one blood test is to redo. How can they say different stories in 5min. I asked a proof that QUEST made the mistake,with an email. I waited all day and they did not send the email, they did not make any phone call or voice message and did not make any refund. Their email on their website also does not work. He said that he had just started seeing his doctor and getting some injections to boost up his levels. Their plan looked simple. Affordable and I could Self Administer my own doses. I filled out the forms on line. I was sent for more blood work to confirm my low levels. Still confirmed very low. After that I had a phone conversation interview and Dr Rodriguez and he explained that I was a good candidate and that my life would ups be improved on their plan. Now. 2 years later. My newest blood work shows my T level is up. Way up. It now at 1500! And I'm thrilled and feeling better and younger than I've been in 20 years. My overall outlook is great. Sex life is amazing. My motivation has got me back in the gym and working on my diet and - wait for it - Ive dropped 55 pounds. And I'm never going looking back. Only forward. So guys. I can tell you that I highly recommend this program. Royal Men's has made a major difference in my life. All for the better.
