I don't usually write negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience to help other women who may be considering hormone replacement therapy here. This facility originally focused on men's hormone treatment and later began accepting women. Unfortunately, in my experience, their understanding of female hormone balance was limited. Their main focus was on testosterone levels, which were increased to a point that caused significant side effects, while my estrogen remained well below normal. As a postmenopausal woman, I trusted that my treatment plan would be balanced and monitored for overall hormone health -- not just one hormone. However, despite my repeated concerns about hair shedding and my distress, the approach continued to be focused solely on gradually lowering testosterone and prescribing topical hair products containing minoxidil and finasteride. It was only after clear hair thinning became visible that any discussion of adjusting estrogen began. This was actually my second attempt with the clinic -- the first time, I thought stress might have been the cause of my hair loss. After giving it another chance under calmer life circumstances, the same pattern repeated. I hope the clinic invests in more education and protocols for women's hormone therapy, as hormone balance is complex and requires attention to estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone working together. O have a history there for my health. I walked in with a blood sugar of 536. I also has extreme abdominal pain. This hospital has a history with me and attacks. This doctor ordered a little teridol with has no effect on me. Worst of all he gave me nothing to bring my sugar under control. I asked him to refer to the records they had for me that worked. This clinic defaults to infusing estrogen inhibitors with their testosterone as a blanket approach for all new patients. This is a huge no-no, and they don't seem to care despite my asking for plain testosterone several times. I accidentally crashed my E2 levels because of this program. My PA (doc) was on autopilot (unaffected and offering no helpful information) each time I asked for a consult. I've switched to a different clinic with a better, pure test-cyp product and have noticed a huge improvement in every area. I do not need estrogen inhibitors, most guys on TRT don't, but Royals PAs seem to be the few in the industry who disagree. read more

They moved at least every 30 minutes to moving a line every five minutes sometimes less she is an amazing person and I can honestly recommend anybody who would like to make extra money on their free time by going to CSL plasma and want to minors and donate in as they are amazing and caring and will you be helping somebody's life you are so earn some extra money I think anybody who likes to help others and make money at the same time should go there with these two women running the floor you were about to get in and out immediately and it was painless and quick. I want people who read this to know of the bad experience that I endured while getting my TRT through Royal Medical Center. I strongly feel that this company is not out for their customers best interest. Two months after enrolling and providing my payment information, my credit card information was stolen and used for fraudulent purchases. I am not blaming Royal Medical for this happening, but I had to cancel my card on file. Royal Medical continued to try and run this cancelled card for payments even after I advised it was compromised. I advised them via phone and by email of the current fraudulent activity on my credit card. I was very clear with their representatives that I had to halt payment until the new card arrives that week. I obviously understand that they cannot send the product until payment is received. That is a given. But by the end of the week, they had emailed me a letter stating I could no longer receive their services based on lack of payment. We aren't talking about weeks of a nonpayment here. We are talking about literal days after they had been made aware of a cancelled credit card. My membership was then cancelled. I received an official letter wishing me good luck on finding another doctor. (Anyone who wants to see the actual letter, please ask) I strongly suggest anyone looking for TRT not to use this company to purchase your testosterone. I should also note that their customer service had called me just after I posted this review. The representative made the claim that discontinuing their services was an error on their part. There error is a serious communication issue within this company. Also, keep in mind, I was a new customer, and I spoke to them as soon as I canceled my credit card because of the fraudulent activity. At this point, with all the aggravation, how could anyone want to do business with a company that sends termination letters to their clients. If I was legitimately a bad customer, or gave them some sort of false information, I would totally understand terminating a customer's business. But this is not what happened here. I have been on TRT for 5 years and had to switch providers after moving to a different state. That is when I found Royal Medical online and took a risk and called them. I'm a big boy, and will find another provider. I will, however, tell of my experience with this company on every review site I can find as well as every social media outlet I can find. During the doctor consult, the doctor did a 20 minute filibuster of some prepared speech he repeats all day. I tried to ask questions several times during this and he just kept talking. At the end of the call call me champ which speaks to what a douche the guy was. When you sign up, they charge for the first two months, $400 and if you cancel within six months they charge you another $200. I'm now with TRT Nation and have a doctor that actually listens and knows what he's talking about. I'd also recommend Peter Uncaged MD. read more

At 62 I decided to make some changes in my life. Health wise. I had been stagnant and unmotivated to even make any decision to find a solution. My weight was going up. My sex drive was going down. I'm a fit 71year old and I've been using Royal Medical for hormone replacement or over three years. I was online attempting to change my payment method, when i ran across all these poor ratings, Wow, I'm so surprised since I have always been treated well by the staff there. Dr. Rodriguez has been exceptional, answering all my questions and was very personable, He started me out slow on hormones, and after the first follow-up test my hormone levels were not up where he had or I expected, He adjusted the dosage. and a month later I was at my projected goal level and have remained there since. The just bill me every month like clockwork with no surprises. Yes, the estrogen blocker is now mixed in the testosterone, but for me that's good, Yes, they did replace HGL with Gonadorelin, which may or may not be better, but I believe they were required to make that change because of new California laws, which is where I live. I utilized this company for seven months. The pharmacy that they use would consistently short me two weeks of testosterone per month! When I brought it up to staff, they did nothing to help. I followed the loading procedures they recommended, they even send out a brochure on how to load the syringe in your initial order. Following that process, I was still consistently coming up two and once three weeks short with testosterone. The owner, Ivan, called me and he was very angry. He stated that I was loading improperly, which I explained to him I was loading syringes on how they recommended. Extremely unprofessional! Yet ANOTHER ISSUE with Royal Med Center! First I must say, this review is on the company's professionalism, not the product. All the good reviews I see are on the product and the results. My product and results are good also since the product is medical grade and not black market as with ANY legit place you go to. I say, don't go to this one because it may be $20 cheaper a month. You will regret it! So, I was wondering why I wasn't being billed on my set date. So I reach out via email (as is the way to communicate with them) to the billing department and noone got back to me. So i reached out to my normal contact person to which he's always been decent and he got right on it for me. Within a day he got back to me saying this "the billing department canceled your account due to a bad review you gave on Trustpilot." I said "#1 How can billing cancel me for non-billing issues and #2 how can i be canceled at all for an honest review of your services? This is a medication that you're told once you've been on for awhile, you can't just be cut off cold turkey with no one who even reached out to say 'hey, we're cutting you off.' It wasn't the Doc who canceled me, it was literally the billing department, for something not even having to do with billing!" He said "I understand but yes, they have the authority to do that. They said if you take down your review, we'll reinstate you as a patient." To which I said "Blackmail! NO thx! I have been using this company for 7 months now. They have been very friendly and upfront with everything. I had just one small issue of my estragon getting a little out of whack. My doctor addressed it immediately and adjusted the estrogen blocker in my meds and got me back on track. My meds get mailed to me in a two month supply every other month. They are terrible, cookie cutter protocol and bad service. I cancelled quickly(because of their bad service) and had to pay the price for it. When I had my consultation with the doctor he really didn't seem to care for any questions and just went off some corny script he has and Flys through it to get it done. After that prescribes me testosterone with an AI infused with it! We just discussed I had low estrogen and there is no way to scale blocking the estrogen at all! So there I am forced to suppress my estrogen because of him. They also lie about how gonadorelin is better then hcg. THEY ARE LYING ABOUT HOW EFFECTIVE GONADORELIN IS. You would literally need to be on an IV of gonadorelin in order for it to work. Why would you trust a company that lies about the excess to that because there pharmacy doesn't have proper licensing? I immediately was locked into a contract with them because you got to start up and lock yourself in first before service. In order for me to cancel I had to pay way more extra for there fees and paying for my out of pocket fees since I was held responsible to pay for the lab fees after canceling. I have a lifelong history of testosterone deficiency and have been on dermal testosterone replacement therapy for many years. When I hit my 65th birthday, I realized the gel replacement alone was not working. I was depressed, sleepless, low energy and waning libido. Went down hill after that bc they advertise they will match any price with an additional 25% less. What they don't expect in that process is people that are in a low cost of living area. My numbers were below the lowest testosterone number one should have and and also large amounts of Estradiol (basically estrogen) was flooding the system. I was no longer the cocktail combination of good stuff to have a good life. 3 weeks after getting with the program I literally had a barbell fly out of my hands because I misjudged my strength (fortunately no one was in the way of said flying object.) The saying you don't know your own strength was coming true and I can press more than twice of what I used to a couple of months ago. Also I grabbed a wine glass and accidentally crushed it. I know it sounds like a cartoon but it has the virtue of being true. I am no longer wanting to take naps all the time and my sexual organ is larger and more sensitive and able to maintain erections firmer and longer.
