Two weeks ago I received an email from Jim the manager stating that my sofa was being shipped on 11/17. On 11/9 I call the store and Nick in Sales told me my leather sectional sofa, which was ordered is scheduled for delivery on 11/17. On Monday 11/14, I call to follow up on scheduling the delivery and Hazel in Sales told me my sofa is stuck in Texas because they are having trouble finding truck drivers to move the merchandise. Today (11/17), I called the Palm Harbor store again and I spoke to the buyer who told me that my sofa was still in production at the manufacturer and there isn't a deliver date. The FL Leather Gallery doesn't have a clue what is going on. Very disappointing and very unprofessional. read more

Called store for service they called me back to tell me I have to wait for natuzzi to call me to set up appointment that was4 days ago. I will never buy anything from this store again. Where to begin? Jennifer Sweat saved us and "the sale" after a horrible experience at the Dale Mabry location. She made everything very easy for us to order what we wanted. It seemed everyone at this location had a great disposition and could teach the other location a thing or two. I purchased a Natuzzi leather sectional with recliners. Thirteen months later a powered recliner quit working. I called and was told the labor warranty was good for a year and parts for two years. A labor charge of appx. 175.00 will be due. that seems high to be and the sales rep. said I should have purchased an extended warranty for 375.00. Need I say more. However it has been 3 months of me making appointments and still no one has made it out to fix it. Calling again today. Florida Leather Gallery Clearwater FL - We purchased a Leather Sofa and Love Seat for just under $6,000, which was delivered to our home 2 years and 1 month ago. Now I am sitting on the Wood Frame and the Leather is now pealing. We stopped by the store where we purchased and was basically given the cold shoulder. We were given a phone number to all as we purchased for just under $600 a 5 year Warranty. This warranty does not cover the Cushion Replacement. Remember we had the furniture delivered just 2 years and 1 one month ago. If you want quaintly do not shop at Florida Leather as they do not back their product and there past customers. I came across this grey sectional that I fell in love with. She told me about the different sizes that couch came in. She listened to all my question and sizes I needed and she put together a design of different size sections that were perfect to the size I needed. She checked her inventory and gave me a date that I could get this couch. I couldn't be more happy with this Natuzzi sectional and the professional service I received from Hazel. I'm very pleased with my recent purchase experience at Florida Leather Gallery. From the time we walked in the door to the delivery of our furniture, the process has been easy and enjoyable. We purchased a loveseat and matching chair, along with two large ottomans. Our sales representative, Hazel Thayer, has been very helpful, knowledgable and accessible. I am sensitive to shopping situations and like to be left alone to browse without being bothered until I am ready to ask questions. She gracefully picked up on that immediately but made sure to be available when we were ready. She easily suggested the right color/size options for our needs. Delivery exceeded my expectations for furniture on order. They are straightforward about timing of delivery. Anyone that has ordered custom, made-to-order furniture knows you need to be flexible. Also, one of the ottomans had a foot that was defective. I didn't have to do anything to resolve this. Ordered my sofa in April with an arrival of mid July (which was written on my invoice in two separate places.) They have 1000$ deposit and it's the end of July and I still don't have a sofa. Told by manager should be next week (which is August). So 14 weeks later I still have no where to sit. They also mis-handled the delivery of my other items..having to reschedule after I took the day off because they FORGOT to put my artwork on the truck. I will not buy from them again. read more

Terrible will never shop at this store again first the couch arrived 5 inches shorter than what the measurements stated on my paperwork per couch and what the store couch was, when I asked over this I was told this was approximately WHAT 5 inch difference. Then I took the insurance policy out as I have a dog and was told this would cover any scratches NO IT DID NOT, when I questioned this the sales person Hazel told me she had shown me the policy in the store absolutely NOT my husband and son was also there at the time who confirmed this was a lie. The service tech came out to repair scratches done on delivery but one mark on the arm was very noticeable the service guy said it was a scar on the cow as it was real leather but said the sales person should have told you all this. All I can see is that everything is just a lie and they will do anything for a sale. I will never recommend this store or buy anything again and will tell everyone I know how bad they do business. read more
