I wasn't having any noticeable issues but went in because Ford told me to. On the other hand , the waiting area left a lot to be desired. It was a cold day outside and it was colder in the waiting area than it was outside. The place needs a serious facelift and winterizing maintenance. There are large gaps around the door and window seal that need attention. Also, several ceiling tiles were damaged or missing. The bathroom was NASTY and also very cold. I am surprised that FORD would allow an establishment that represents their company, operate in that condition. I have never seen a waiting room at any dealership that looked that bad. I have photos but I can't get this "add photos" button to work for me.

Saw the car. Had to call Ed to ask where he was- in my office. Silence-..... the car was just sold. Nice way to screw a prospective customer. My wife was particularly upset, as she saw how much pain I was in! Class act. Typical classless behavior from someone who would probably screw his family. No apology or anything from this guy. Screwed the pooch , he did sic.

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. While I am satisfied with the vehicle itself, my…read moreexperience with the dealership was highly disappointing. The primary issue is not the car, but the lack of professionalism and transparency throughout the sales process. As a first-time buyer, I relied on the information provided by the sales team. Unfortunately, I later discovered that key details--including the APR, financing terms, and total payment--were not accurately represented. Additional charges were included despite my clear refusal, and certain items presented as "complimentary" were, in fact, not free. Although I am content with the vehicle, even accounting for minor issues that still need to be addressed, the sales experience was misleading. Customers should be able to trust that they are being given honest and accurate information, especially when making a significant purchase. Being told that optional items are mandatory, or that costs are included when they are not, reflects poorly on the dealership's integrity. I acknowledge that I should have verified the details more carefully, and I take responsibility for that. However, I expected a higher standard of honesty and transparency from a dealership that assured me they would take care of me. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met and they get another 6k out of me, good job guys.

Both Plattner's and G'ville BuickGMC had what I was interested in, even the same color. The local Ford dealer Impala is the next step up with leather interior and many add ons at about the same price. Sadly for some unknown reason I didn't get any replies until after I made a deal in G'ville. I made a promise we'd be there and felt we should go because their deal was a fair one. Still I'd rather bought locally. Finally after buying the car in G'ville I got several emails from White Ford. Possibly I may have gotten a lower mileage more optioned car for near the same price. The sales staff I responded to was very helpful and understanding. Not taking the time to look at the Plattner Impala I missed a nicer car. No I didn't buy from Plattner's but I wouldn't hesitate if I were to buy again. Friendly, helpful, non pressure personnel.
