When I observed this, I immediately notified the staff that I do not eat dairy/cheese and politely explained that I could not accept food contaminated by the cheese falling into the proteins.Instead of offering to correct the cross-contamination or remake the meal using uncontaminated ingredients from the back, the staff completely refused to accommodate me or correct the issue. This forced me to walk away from my order.Dropping cheese directly into the meat bins creates a massive allergen hazard for any subsequent customer who requires a dairy-free meal.
