I wasn't having any noticeable issues but went in because Ford told me to. On the other hand , the waiting area left a lot to be desired. It was a cold day outside and it was colder in the waiting area than it was outside. The place needs a serious facelift and winterizing maintenance. There are large gaps around the door and window seal that need attention. Also, several ceiling tiles were damaged or missing. The bathroom was NASTY and also very cold. I am surprised that FORD would allow an establishment that represents their company, operate in that condition. I have never seen a waiting room at any dealership that looked that bad. The local Ford dealer Impala is the next step up with leather interior and many add ons at about the same price. Sadly for some unknown reason I didn't get any replies until after I made a deal in G'ville. I made a promise we'd be there and felt we should go because their deal was a fair one. Still I'd rather bought locally. Finally after buying the car in G'ville I got several emails from White Ford. Possibly I may have gotten a lower mileage more optioned car for near the same price. The sales staff I responded to was very helpful and understanding. Not taking the time to look at the Plattner Impala I missed a nicer car. No I didn't buy from Plattner's but I wouldn't hesitate if I were to buy again. Friendly, helpful, non pressure personnel.

Waiting are is nice with coffee, cold bottles of water, snacks, and a small cafe for things like cookies. Places to sit and watch tv, or bring in your computer to get work done while waiting. Main complaint are the annoying sales reps here who pester you with pitches for refinancing, replacing your car with a new model, and the windshield replacement glass scam they hit you with as soon as you pull up.
