Everything was quick and efficient- which is how I like it. Mike didn't try to upsell me services (but I probably would have bought some). They showed up, did the job, cleaned up and left. Very efficient. My only hangups were that I was unaware I needed to have a check ready to pay so I had to use my card and the fee was $32, which is pretty expensive.
