This is one of those situations, where a few days pass and you feel bad because you didn't do the review yet. The takeaway from that, is the gentleman went above and beyond and I should have gotten on Yelp to sing his praises but moving will scatter your mind in twenty directions. So what made him so great that I'm doing this review in the morning? 1. Fast response time both In getting back to me as well as the actual service. He knew I was moving and had a short time to satisfy the requirements of my moving out agreement. I told him what the landlords were requiring and he made sure what he did satisfied those terms. 2. Upfront with what might happen. e.g. "Here's the price for that. However, if I find fleas then it'll be more. I just want you to know before we start." (Good new! He didn't find fleas). 3. Great prices. Other people wanted to charge me more (sometimes twice). 4. Above and beyond. He pointed out some other critters that might be here and went: "Oh, I'll take care of that since I'm here." While this next part isn't about exterminating, he knew that I was moving and asked if I would like some extra air bag packets. After I said yes, he brought them by. It wasn't part of the service, but that should tell you the kind of professional he is. My regret is since I'm not staying in Pensacola, I have no further need to use his services, but I definitely would if I were staying. 5. Safe products. I have a old dog and he reassured me of the products he used. I forget the term he used but it's not the standard kind that could make a dog sick. If you want someone you can trust, doesn't try to gauge you and finds the right combination of being upfront with possible charges, then he's your man. I recently moved to Florida and I am not accustomed to numerous bugs/wasps/rats, so I had to find pest control asap! Luckily I found brennan pest control, who came the next day. He sprayed the inside/outside of my house. He explained the process and made me feel comfortable. Having a dog, I was nervous about the chemicals but he ensured me that once its dry, it's okay for my pup to be around it. Professional, caring, and within my budget! I was able to book and appointment and make all the arrangements easily via text. When Cameron came over he was super friendly and happy to answer any questions I had regarding the service he was providing. I always try looking for a local family business in my area of town. I called a few smaller businesses to get service for typical pests this time of year. One other company still hasn't returned my call. Mr Brennan returned my call the same day and setup an appointment. He also sent an appointment reminder the day before. He arrived early which was great, and explained everything in great detail. He started spraying and was very cordial as I asked questions while he was working. He was very methodical about they way he did his job. He spent time being thorough instead of just going as fast as possible. It was a very hot day but he didn't stop until the job was complete. Even after he sprayed, he again explained what I should expect to see as far as bug activity. His prices are very reasonable, and after all that, he gave me a military discount! Just moved here from up north and was scared to find so many fire ant hills on our property. Called a couple of pest companies but Brennan was first to return my call. Came quickly prepared to treat not only the ant hills but the hornet nests on the porch and the inside/outside of our house. Took the time to explain everything he was doing, the cost and suggestions for improvements to keep pests out of my house. Even came back at no cost when I found another ant hill close to the house that was hiding our the tall grass. The military discount was appreciated since we are on a fix income. Will definitely be having them come back every four months as recommended for further treatments. I think the bugs will run the minute they see his truck. lol read more
